since then, i've grown up some different kind of fighter - Ava Amara - August 18, 2024
they weren't alone on the island.
it had taken ava the better half of a day to narrow down the scent. she thought of the abomination in the barrows as she pursued it. these tracks were distinctly wolven, but they did not seem to follow any sort of pattern. they wove up and down the archipelago. ava sensed they were searching for something.
she ducked under a patch of scrubgrass that hugged a rocky cliff. here the scent percolated, causing ripples of fur along her flesh.
