Little Song bird - Kinusi - August 31, 2024
Kinusi jumped from rock to rock. Her father nearby watching her with careful eye. As she jumped like a little mountain goat. She sang under breath.
Jump jump jumpity jump. This is what the froggy's do. Run. Run. Runnity run. This is what the fawns do.
Her song made no sense, whatsoever. But it was her's and hers alone and for that she enjoyed it. IT was nice to sing out like her daddy so often did. Though her voice wasn't deep and rich like his. Her's was small and high and it was hard to get some of the songs he sang correct.

Kinusi continued her tiny movements. Her small voice raising ever higher as she added new verses.
Bubbly bubbly the brooks says. The birds go swoopity swoop. This little song bird. Butterflies!
None of it made any sense, but who was here to listen to her anyway. Everyone was busy and she was widely on her own. Other than Papa near by.
