One last kiss while we're far too young to die - Panacea - September 12, 2024
He'd taken a rare break from hunting to track down a place he might return to each night. A den, perhaps, or maybe just a soft patch of grass for now. Panacea wasn't sure at all what he would choose when he set out.
In the end it was a field of lavender where he found his chosen space, a secluded stretch of meadow across the creek from where most of the pack resided. That suited him well enough. The den Panacea chose to call his own was little more than a glorified hole in the ground; some long-abandoned fox den at the base of a gentle south-facing slope. He slipped inside, grateful for once that he didn't take up so much space, and set about clearing away the dust and debris of time and the previous inhabitants.
