murdering beauty and passions - Runt - December 15, 2014 Runt was trespassing once again. One would think she would learn her lesson- but yes, she was learning it, trespassing = fighting. And Runt loved fighting. It was one of the only reasons she had agreed to help kill Orange. There had been a few others- the desperate attempt at Jupiter's plan for the slave's freedom, to impress her crush Spruce, to be seen as a hero in the end, to improve her skills, and to stay loyal to her foster brother. That was pretty much her only reasoning behind killing the beta. Now she stepped over their border with a smug smirk plastered to her face. She was here for a fight of some kind, that's what she was looking for. To improve her skills, and maybe for a little bit of fun. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - December 29, 2014 Bumping this to present day. Hope that's not a problem! I'm most comfortable with rolling dice for spars, but if you'd rather do paragraph based, that's fine, too. I usually just roll for whether or not damage was dealt. So you could do a \roll 1d8, and 5+ would take damage. (Just do the slash the other way.) Here's the thread where you can roll!
Fox, quite likely newly pregnant, prowled the borders this afternoon, eyes, ears, and nose keen on the lookout for anything suspicious. Not more than five hundred yards in front of her did a strange wolf cross over onto Redhawk territory, causing Fox's hackles to raise and a throaty growl to bellow into the air. The sheer nerve of the trespasser was enough to get her adrenaline pumping, and Fox was barreling toward the trespasser with every ounce of her sixty-some pounds. As she drew closer, Fox plotted her attack. She would attempt to grab the small wolf by the scruff of her neck and drive her straight into the ground. The trespasser would have plenty of warning (and plenty of time to escape) via the steady stream of growls and snarls coming from a very protective Alpha. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - December 31, 2014 I've never done dice rolls before so please excuse me if I suck at it or mess up. I'm gonna try though. Sorry! Do I roll to see if the attack lands, or just for damage?
The loner glanced up, the same smug grin on her face, to a fierce red fox- no, she wasn't a fox, but she sure looked like one- wolf racing towards her. The ex-slave's eyes widened as she got closer. The grin was unfortunately for her gone from her face. Well, what had she expected? But something about this wolf seemed... fiercer than others she'd met. Even though Fox was tiny, Runt was tinier. She was easily grabbed by her scruff and shoved to the ground. The tiny girl attempted to land her teeth somewhere in this fiery wolf's flesh. Jaws wide, she reached her neck quickly towards Fox's leg, trying to get her bite to land and hopefully do some damage. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 01, 2015 The way you did it is fine! I rolled for Fox's (continued) attack here. To clarify, Fox hasn't drawn blood yet. :)
The small, young wolf tried to bite at her legs, but the girl's attack was unsuccessful. The trespasser only managed to catch mouthfuls of air, and Fox tightened her grip on the girl's scruff, putting the whole of her weight on top of the girl. Maybe, just maybe, if she stopped struggling, Fox would give her a chance to run far, far away from the caldera. But the more she fought back, the more likely Fox was to draw blood. If the girl submitted, showed remorse for her actions, Fox would chase her off. But if she kept on going the way she'd been going, Fox would have no choice but to bite to kill. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 01, 2015 The loner was wild. Well, obviously, she was indeed a wolf. But she was wild in personality, she would not handle giving up until it was needed. At least, until she thought it was needed. The thought that she was free now was peobably the root of this, making her think she could do whatever she liked. She had spent so much of her life as a slave that she didn't yet know what freedom was really like. Her hopes decreased as her attack didn't land. In this position, it was hard to reach much anything else besides her legs. This time instead she kicked her back feet several times, and hard, with hopes that they would find themselves somewhere on Fox's chest or stomach. She growled in frustration as her attempts missed. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 01, 2015 Since I only rolled a 2, I'm going to say Fox lost her grip. :o
The trespasser's feet flailed about, and Fox growled savagely, her grip loosening with each passing moment that the girl continued to struggle. This was stupid, and Fox did not understand why the small wolf had such a death wish. Was she trying to get herself killed? Again, the small wolf thrashed, and Fox lost her grip, coming out with only tufts of fur and blazing eyes. “I’m going to fucking kill you!” she spat, and once again lunged for the female. The girl evaded her just in the nick of time, and Fox reeled, bracing herself for a likely attack. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 02, 2015 Runt grinned. She loved seeing reactions, angry reactions. It was fun to get on their nerves. "Please don't, brah." She chuckled as Fox lunged and Runt just managed to get out of the way. Runt charged forward, attempting to literally sweep Fox off her feet by ramming into them. Hopefully the fiery lady would lose her balance and fall. Then in Runt's mind, she would celebrate! She would smugly rub her victory in her face and make her exit unharmed and triumphant. Or so she thought. Her head rammed into Fox's legs. That grin was back on Runt's face. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 02, 2015 Fox can get really nasty, heh! But I am enjoying this thread!
The little bitch managed to bowl her over, causing Fox to lose her footing. If she had been angry before, now she was fucking furious. Fox flipped back onto her feet, immediately reorienting herself and narrowing her eyes at the intruder. No more words would be spoken. It was obviously wasted breath. Once again, Fox lunged at her opponent, this time aiming for the girl's throat. And even though her aim wasn't true this round, Fox knew it was only a matter of time before she tore the other girl's throat right out and pissed on her remains. The Alpha had a good feeling that the outlaw wouldn't be grinning for much longer. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 02, 2015 Runt will probably flee soon. I'm also enjoying this! ^^ Also I rolled with the wrong character, sorry.
She was blessed when Fox's attack to tear her throat out missed. Runt leapt towards Fox fiercely. She loved fighting. She was trying to run around and bit hard on Fox's tail. Not the most vital spot to bite, but certainly painful, if bitten hard enough. And she did. Her fangs dug through Fox's tail fur, finding their home in the skin there. She bit hard with the smug smirk showing off her face and, in Runt's mind, making it perfect. She was winning, or so she thought. But she didn't have to think about the truth, only about what was best for her. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 02, 2015 Sounds good! Feel free to have Runt struggle free somehow, but Fox's attack was successful.
The pinching bite on her tail drew blood, but it also lent to an easier attack for the young Alpha. She whipped around, jaw agape as she bit down (hard!) on the other girl's front paw. Her grip wasn't as perfect as she would have liked, but Fox tugged and shook at the tender foot, hoping to cripple her enough so that she could put her down for good. Fox wondered if all of winter would be like this: fending off hopeful usurpers from her home. As long as Redhawk Caldera remained strong—something it would have no trouble doing—Fox knew that her children would be safe. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 02, 2015 Runt didn't attack this round, so I rolled to see if she could successfully escape and flee. Is that okay?
Runt realized her mistake as soon as Fox bit into her paw. The fiery lady shook Runt's paw wildly around, and Runt yelped as it felt sprained. She pulled and struggled to get away from Fox's grip and escape. She'd had her fair share of this battle. But Fox's grip on her paw was tight, keeping her leg from moving as well. She shook wildly, but it was no use. She couldn't seem to escape. She hoped dearly the lady would now take mercy on the young girl and free her so she could just scamper off. But she couldn't be sure. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 02, 2015 That's fine by me!
The more the girl attempted to get away from her, the deeper Fox's teeth dug into the paw. But she knew she could not kill the girl simply by wrecking a single leg. She would need to do more damage, and in more tender areas. She let go of the bloodied paw, but dove again for the girl's throat. Fox wanted the stranger to die for her missteps, and she wouldn't have anything else. She would even go so far as leaving her dead body on the border as a warning, should she be successful. Unfortunately, the smaller wolf managed to evade her grasp once again, leaving Fox reeling for more. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 02, 2015 Unfortunately Fox took no mercy on the runt. She fiercely leapt for the trespasser's throat. Runt managed to dodge to the side just in time, saving herself from an untimely death once again. She again wanted to flee... But one direction was Redhawk Caldera, where she was trying to escape from- and the other was the territory's fiery guard, who seemed to be out for blood. Runt's blood. She stumbled a little in either direction, realizing there was no way to go unless she rushed past Fox. And at the moment, she was feeling pretty low on courage- this fight had drained it all and she just wanted to leave now. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 03, 2015 "Not so fun to taunt me now, is it?" Fox thought, and she grinned widely, blocking the girl's way out. Fox could see the gusto slowly draining out of her opponent, while she, on the other hand, was still ready for more. This was her home she was defending, while this other girl wanted nothing but a fight. Fox had far more to lose, and her opponent had little to gain from this. Even if she managed to get past Fox, she'd have a whole pack to deal with, a few of which were trained wardens. One of those wardens was also a warrior, and that just happened to be the wolf the intruder was fighting right now. Fox went again for the trespasser, latching onto her shoulder this time and hoping to use her weight to push the girl to the ground. Maybe, just maybe, if she stopped struggling, Fox would allow her to flee. RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 03, 2015 The loner was shoved to the ground by the weight of the fiery lady. Runt struggled to free herself from Fox with all her might, but with each move it seemed further impossible to escape from under this wolf, despite Fox's small size. Runt was smaller. She gave up, going still and looking into the guard's steel grey eyes. "Please," she said quietly, "lemme go. Just wanted a fight. I'm good now. I'll leave if ya just get offa me." She said. Although her voice was quiet, it was not lacking strength or self confidence. If Fox wasn't done, she could keep going. How much longer, she did not know. RE: murdering beauty and passions - RIP Fox - January 03, 2015 Fox stood over the pleading girl, lips curled back in a vicious snarl as she listened. “If you ever come near my home again, I will kill you,” Fox growled, ears pinned back as she said these words mere inches from the other girl's face. “In fact,” Fox sneered, “If I ever see you anywhere, I'll kill you.” It didn't matter if it was leagues away from Redhawk Caldera. There was little reason she should be letting this girl go... aside from the fact that it might spread the word of how vicious the wolves here could be. And even Fox could see the advantage of that. “Now SCRAM!” she demanded, biting at the intruder's rump. Fox would chase her for at least a couple of miles before she'd be completely satisfied. “And tell your friends about how fun we are to trifle with!” RE: murdering beauty and passions - Runt - January 03, 2015 thanks for the thread and teaching me dice roll stuff!
Runt did her best to keep confidence on her face, though on the inside she was trembling with fear. But she couldn't let the fiery guard know that. Fox went on to say how she would kill her, bla bla bla. As soon as Fox was done with her talking Runt sped off, in the direction of the Spine. Perhaps her fighting would be more fun for her there, cause she intended to trespass there too a few hours after she stopped running. Not that the wounds from this would just magically heal in that time. |
