[PHE] Deja vu, how are you? - Raindrop - October 06, 2024

Mentioning the children and Sumac. This is a reference, and you do not need to partake if you do not wish. I will consider Raindrop’s family present unless otherwise spoken.

Raindrop had gathered her children, @Silvertip, @Ponderosa, @Pine and @Angel Oak. She looked to her husband, @Sumac, with excitement in her eyes. The great hunt from the prior year had done so much for Raindrop, and she wished to join once more, a show of how far she had come, what she had accomplished, and to give her children a taste of adventure.

The journey was not long, and it was easier since the girls were older. The children had grown very much over six months, into beautiful young ladies. Raindrop reminisced the day they were born, look at them now, she felt pride and joy.

Before they knew it, the small family of six had reached the Glen. Raindrop was flooded with more memories, but, she had one hope, something she wished for: To see @Valiant, someone dear to her. Someone she would always be grateful for. It’s would be amazing if they could meet, and introduce their children. She hadn’t seen valiant since his wife gave birth to his children.

For now, they found a place to settle down within Moontide’s group. “ You’re free to explore. Just stay within howling distance.” She spoke gently but firm to her children.

RE: [PHE] Deja vu, how are you? - Ponderosa - October 06, 2024

Ponderosa was nervous, in the beginning, when her mother gathered them to leave home. She had never left Moontide’s land.

But, with her parents and siblings side by side, she had nothing to fear. As they reached the end of their journey, she could smell so many new scents. Many wolves, all gathered. She barely clung to her father, pressing close to him, until they found their resting place for the time being.

In her free time, she thought of Rodyn often, of their hunting lessons. This helped coax her out of her shell. “I want to watch the hunts Mama! I want to learn how to become a great hunter!” She spoke with excitement, her tail wagging happily.

RE: [PHE] Deja vu, how are you? - Angel Oak - November 02, 2024

Angel Oak was less cautious than her sister. True, she had never left home before, either — but for this reason, she had only ever known safety and bliss. She had no notion that things might be different elsewhere, or that she might have led a very privileged and idealistic life compared to many of her age mates. So she held a similar hope to the one that Ponderosa voiced, but very little of the initial underlying nerves.

She was too excited to speak, too. She agreed with a vigorous nod and the frantic thrashing of her tail.

"Can we go explore?" she asked, dancing in a quick circle to expel some of her nervous energy. She felt plenty old enough to handle being polite to strangers, these days.

She was please at her children's excitement, to learn and grow. Angel Oak spun around in a burst of energy, their eyes and waving tails full of childhood magic. She wore a motherly smile as she spoke, "Of course you can, Angel. You and your sister go have fun. I'll howl when it's time to return."

And then, she watched her children run off to play, bright eyed and bushy-tailed. She turned around to work on their sleeping space, to make it feel more like home, and watch whoever decided to hang back.

RE: [PHE] Deja vu, how are you? - Ponderosa - November 11, 2024

Ponderosa fed off of her sister's excitement, and bounced along with her! When their mother told them they were free to go, she happily looked to Angel Oak, "Come on!" She said, "Let go explore!"

And the two went merrily along, giggling as they ran off to play, to see what the rest of the world was like.

The two of them raced, the wind blowing their fur as the land passed by, the grass brushing up against their legs. When the sisters came to a stop, before them was an open plain, and lo and behold, there were some kind of giant brown creatures grazing in the center of it all.

Ponderosa stopped dead in her track, her ears falling back out of caution, bright yellow eyes wide. A gasp came from the girl: "Uh. Angel, what are those? They look like giants, even from here."
