[PHE] fair and square - Bard - October 21, 2024 home! home on the raanngee!! the scruffy man pranced through the yellowing autumn fields, his cracked "melody" leaving a trail behind him. with the radio playing all day-YYyYyY!! hm. what's a radio anyways?he stopped his gallop to scratch at his ear. left alone in the remains of yellowstone, it's only now when he's sick of fish that he actually leaves in search of new food. and for once in his life, luck is on his side. the man ducks into a low crawl, a bundle of food just waiting for him and him alone — surely. he couldn't help but salivate. i thought of dropping him but waaa i cant do that. heres a bard.
RE: [PHE] fair and square - Waawaashkeshi - October 21, 2024 With Nasamiituuq too busy to spend much time with her, Waawaashkeshi was beginning to spend much more time on her own. While she had been excited by the gathering of so many packs, it could be rather intimidating. A song carried by the wind caught her attention - if it could really be called that. It reminded her of a crow trying to carry a tune. But a song was a song, and she followed the trail it left for her. Met with an unfamiliar scent, she was not phased. Many of the wolves here were unfamiliar. "Was that you singing?" She called out as she approached. RE: [PHE] fair and square - Bard - October 21, 2024 met with an idiot, bard nodded. yee-up.he lost his crouching position. he heard vaguely of the hunt, but had forgotten all about it until now. how lucky! and how lucky he was to be with someone stupid! shamelessly he yanked a leg from the pile. you like it? i don't take requests though. RE: [PHE] fair and square - Waawaashkeshi - October 21, 2024 She gave a nod and a smile, sitting herself down. She though nothing of it when the leg was taken - if he was from a participating pack then surely it was fine. Though she couldn't help but laugh at the mention of a 'request'. "Ah, no - I wouldn't ask you to do it again. You are not very talented." Her statement was blunt, and she thought nothing of the cruelty her words may hold. "Though you did seem passionate, so I cannot fault you." She decided, tail swaying gently. She wracked her brain for the necessary small talk these situations called for, her brain settling on one obvious question. "What pack have you come from?" RE: [PHE] fair and square - Waawaashkeshi - October 21, 2024 Whatever insult his words carried flew right over her head. Typical. Instead she let out another girlish laugh - she would tell Nasamiituuq about this when she had the chance. "You are funny, was that the intention of your song?" She asked with a singularly raised eyebrow. How funny this man was! Singing songs and making jokes, she was quite enjoying observing him. Maybe she would enjoy speaking with him too. |
