sword of destiny - Kovictus - December 19, 2024

The air was heavy with heat, the scent of sunbaked stone and stubborn vegetation clinging to the wind. Each step kicked up a faint cloud of chalky dust, mingling with the sharp tang of cholla and agave.

Kóvictus was no coward.

His lips curled into a faint snarl as he caught the faint skitter of a desert mouse retreating into the scrub, its tiny life unworthy of his attention. Let the lesser creatures cower.

He reached the dry banks of the river. He knelt his crown for a few quick laps, rivulets which fell down his thick snout in quick ascent.

Kóvictus would not linger. His paws carried him forward, leaving faint prints in the powdery dust.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 19, 2024

ione— once saya in verapaz— moved like a shadow through the thirsty terrain, her silvered figure blending seamlessly with the haze of the desert. the sun's harsh rays glanced off her sleek coat, the faint scent of earth and thorn lingering in her wake as she pressed forward, drawn by the trail of another. a male. one that carried the weight of something more than mere survival.

the air held his scent, sharp and earthy, with a hint of iron—the unmistakable markers of potential, of power. her breath hitched, a thrill flickering in her chest. she had taken this name, ione, for herself, shedding the skin of a life no longer hers, and now she would use it to carve out something greater.

she came upon his tracks at the riverbank, her pale eyes narrowing as they traced his path. the dampened ground where he had knelt told her of his thirst, his pause brief but purposeful. good. he was not idle.

lifting her muzzle, she inhaled deeply, savoring the direction of his scent before stepping forward, each movement deliberate, her gait smooth and confident.

ione followed the trail with the patience of a hunter, the corners of her mouth twitching into the faintest smile as she caught sight of him up ahead. she would not announce herself yet. no, this meeting required a more precise approach. she would observe, weigh the value of this male, and decide if he was worthy of the potential she saw in the air around him.

A faint musk hung on the wind. Old. Irrelevant. He ignored it and pressed on, his ears flicking at the faint rustle of movement somewhere distant—a lizard, perhaps, or a desert mouse too insignificant to warrant his attention.

He stopped abruptly, his broad frame tense as his nose dipped toward the ground. There it was again, faint but distinct. He lifted his head, turning it slightly as he tested the wind, his nostrils flaring.

His gaze hardened.

Not prey.

Kóvictus shifted his weight and veered toward a low, gnarled shrub—a stubborn bit of chaparral clinging to life in the arid wasteland. He paused, his muscles rippling beneath his coarse coat, and raised his leg without hesitation, marking the bush with a sharp stream.

Following. Watching.

Kóvictus did not stop.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 20, 2024

ione caught the scent again, sharper this time—masculine, assertive, possessive. a marking left behind like a signature in the barren expanse of dust and thorn. her lips curled into a grin, a quiet, predatory delight settling on her features.

she approached the marker slowly, the tip of her tail flicking with calculated amusement. the musk clung to the air, defiant even against the desert wind. leaning forward, she inhaled deeply, savoring the faint traces of the one who left it.

then, deliberately, she tilted her head and pressed the edge of her cheek against the shrub. the gesture was not submissive. it was bold, claiming her presence as much as it acknowledged his.

the desert around her was vast, the trail faint, but ione was relentless. she pushed forward, each step light yet purposeful, her sharp gaze scanning the horizon as she hunted the man who dared to possess so boldly.

His nostrils flared, his head rising as he sniffed the wind, catching the scent that had been trailing him.

Stronger now.

Closer.

He turned, his massive frame pivoting, the motion smooth. Silver eyes burned as they landed on her, a pale figure cutting through the haze of the desert.

Kóvictus let out a low rumble, his breath heavy as he took her in. His nostrils flared again, and he inhaled deeply, greedily, her scent filling him with something raw, something primal. It was feminine, heady—and it stirred him in ways he hadn’t felt in a long time. His lips peeled back slightly, exposing sharp teeth in something that was neither a snarl nor a grin, but a feral display of interest. The muscles along his shoulders and back rippled under his coarse coat.

Closer now, he let out a sharp chuff, his breath curling in the dry air as he exhaled her scent from his lungs only to pull it back in again, deeper this time. The hunger in his gaze was unmistakable—raw, carnal, commanding. She wasn’t prey. No, she was something far more dangerous, and that only made him want her more.

Kóvictus’s head tilted slightly as he circled her. His eyes raked over her form, unabashed in their appraisal. She was smaller than him, her frame sleek yet powerful, her curves unmistakable.

His chest rumbled with approval.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 22, 2024

ione watched him move, her silver gaze cutting through the sweltering desert air like a blade. the way his broad shoulders rolled with each step, the ripple of muscle beneath his dark coat—it spoke of power, of dominance. a man, fully realized in strength and presence.

she felt his eyes rake over her, unyielding in their assessment. she met his gaze head-on, not as a challenge but as an acknowledgment, a silent affirmation. the rough-hewn edges of his form were sculpted not for beauty but for purpose, and that was far more alluring.

a low chuff left his throat, sharp and intentional, and it pulled her lips into the faintest smirk. he was no coward, no meek soul wandering the sands—he was precisely what she had been seeking.

her eyes fluttered, a slow, deliberate motion that spoke volumes in its subtlety. approval.

RE: sword of destiny - Kovictus - December 22, 2024

She approves of him. Good, Kóvictus thinks. He knew she would. He knows who he is—a beast, powerful, a man, no lesser. The strongest. A gladiator. An emperor.

He wastes no time in striking his claim. His overbearing size presses into her, broad shoulders brushing against hers, his flanks brushing her sides, encasing her in his overwhelming presence. His teeth graze the fur of her neck, deliberate and primal, his nose tracing the length of her spine as he cements her scent deep within his mind. It is intoxicating, sharp, and earthy—a signature uniquely hers. He exhales heavily, his breath hot against her skin.

Brawny forelegs wrap around her hips with ease, his strength undeniable, and he yanks her downward beneath him. Her body meets the desert sand with a muted thud, and he looms above her, his weight pressing her firmly into the ground. A growl rumbles low in his throat, rolling into a bark that is raw and hungry, echoing his intent.

He lowers his head, his nose pressing into the curve of her throat, inhaling deeply, greedily, filling himself with her essence.

"Tell me your name, pulchra mea." he growls, his voice deep, guttural.

her body yielded beneath his, not with fear but with purpose, a deliberate surrender to his strength. the weight of him was crushing, but she bore it willingly, the heat of his breath and the rumble of his growl sending an electric thrill through her veins. he was everything she had sought—colossal, commanding, a male worthy of her consideration.

her tail lifted, her head tilting to expose the vulnerable curve of her throat as his teeth grazed her fur. a silent invitation, a declaration of her acceptance. she felt his power in every movement, every deliberate press of his body against hers, and it made her blood sing with something primal and ancient.

ione, she murmured, her voice low, steady, carrying her name like an offering. her pale eyes flickered back toward him, finding the intensity of his own gaze. her breath came in measured exhales, though her chest rose and fell with the thrum of her heartbeat. she did not need to speak more; her body had already said everything.

mark me, her mind urged, her thoughts bold and unyielding. a male like this was more than enough—a gladiator, an emperor. he would sire cubs as strong as the earth beneath them, and she would see to it that his legacy lived on, as well as her own.

Kóvictus pressed his muzzle into hers as her name fell from her lips, low and steady. Ione. He drank the sound in, his chest rumbling as he inhaled her breath, taking it into him like she was his lifeline, his worship. She was intoxicating. Nothing had prepared him for a woman like this—a woman who ignited his desire to cherish instead of simply take, to admire instead of conquer. And yet, he was still rough, still demanding in every touch, every press of his massive frame against hers.

His paws shifted, bearing down on her hips as his claws dug slightly into her fur. Without hesitation, he dragged her up to him, his weight settling heavily into her smaller frame, forcing her to feel every inch of his dominance. A grunt escaped his throat, low and primal, as he pressed a deliberate lap to the back of her neck. The rough texture of his tongue swept over her fur, leaving a heat behind. She turned her head for him, preening beneath his power, her body yielding willingly, her submission wanting.

His voice was rough when it came, muffled by her fur. "Mine." A growl followed, low and commanding, reverberating through her body. She had given herself to him, and now he would give himself in return—not just his body, but his power, his protection, his unyielding devotion. Kóvictus’s breath came hot and heavy against her ear, his teeth releasing her scruff as he lifted his head, the weight of his body still pressing her firmly into the sand beneath them. His golden eyes burned with a feral hunger, unyielding and resolute, his voice low and guttural as he spoke.

"Te implebo semine meo, et filios meos feres. Heredes fortes, qui terram sanguine tingent. Filias feroces, quae reges frangant, non solum nubant."

He inhaled her scent again, greedily, as though she was the very air he breathed.

"Tibi mulieres dabo quae te sequantur. Quae pedes tuos osculentur. Nemo alius te habebit. Nemo alius me habebit."

Kóvictus growled deeply, the sound vibrating through his chest as he lowered his head again. His teeth found her scruff, biting down firmly, gripping a mouthful of her fur between his jaws. He held her there, his breath huffing and panting against her neck, raw with desire. She was his—no question, no hesitation. The weight of her submission beneath him only stoked the fire burning in his chest, fueling the feral hunger that consumed him.

His growl deepened, his nose brushing against her neck as he pressed his claim into her very soul. "Et me in te defigam donec dii ipsi invideant." he said, his words filled with dark, raw desire.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 22, 2024

her body trembled beneath him, not from fear but from the overwhelming weight of his presence, the force of his possession. every word he growled, though foreign, carried a meaning she understood in her bones. sons, daughters, a kingdom—they were promises as much as they were commands. his strength, his will, his unrelenting desire burned into her, and she accepted it all without hesitation.

her breath came shallow as his teeth dug into her scruff, the warmth of his breath searing against her neck. his voice was rough, primal, yet it resonated with an undeniable authority. hers, she thought, her submission not a mark of weakness but a deliberate choice. her heart pounded as his words wrapped around her like a binding spell, sealing her fate to his.

yours, she whispered, her voice steady despite the trembling of her limbs. she tilted her head slightly, baring her neck further, offering herself fully to him. her pale eyes fluttered shut, her mind repeating his words in her own understanding—daughters fierce enough to shatter kings, sons strong enough to claim the earth. it was a destiny she was ready to fulfill, and she would bear it with pride.

ione, yours, she murmured again, the words soft yet filled with conviction. her tail shifted instinctively, brushing against him, a silent acknowledgment of his claim. he was her conqueror, her emperor, and she was his willingly. the fire in her chest mirrored the one in his, and together, they would burn.

RE: sword of destiny - Kovictus - December 22, 2024

Kóvictus released her scruff, his breath huffing against her neck as he straightened slightly, the weight of him still pressing her firmly into the sand. His golden eyes burned into her as he inhaled deeply, taking in the sight of her beneath him, her submission strong, her conviction clear. She had chosen him, and he would show her what that meant.

"I am Kóvictus te Stratoslykos," he growled out his name, presenting it with the power it once carried and would once again carry, vibrating through the charged air of the desolate desert. He leaned closer, his nose brushing along her jaw as his words poured from him, heavy with intent. "I was a Warbringer once, and I will be again. With you at my side. They will fear not only me but the woman I choose to lay with."

His chest rumbled as he pressed his weight into her once more, ensuring she felt every inch of him.

"Men will fight and claw at our feet for a taste of our glory. Weak men will crumble into dust beneath us, and strong women will fight for their place—or be useful elsewhere." His voice dipped lower, darker, the promise in his tone laced with feral hunger. "We will destroy them all. Their packs, their names, their legacies—erased by our fist."

Kóvictus lowered his muzzle, his nose tracing along her neck and down to her shoulder, marking every inch of her in his mind. "You are my catalyst, Ione," he growled, his words as sharp as his bite.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 22, 2024

the desert wind pressed hot against her skin, but it was nothing compared to the heat radiating from him. his name reverberated in her chest like a war drum, his voice a low growl that sent shivers cascading down her spine. kóvictus te stratoslykos. a name that would echo through empires, as lustful and commanding as the man who bore it.

she tilted her head slightly, her breath hitching as his weight pressed her deeper into the sand, grounding her in the reality of what they were—what they would become. his promises filled the air between them, thick with ambition and bloodlust, and she drank it in, letting his words settle like seeds in fertile soil.

kóvictus, she murmured, his name a whispered reverence, a vow. her pale gaze flickered to his, unyielding even as her body surrendered to his dominance. she was no meek woman, no fragile thing to break beneath his power. she was steel, tempered in fire, and he was the flame that would shape her into something greater.

this is what i have craved, she admitted, her voice low, her words a hushed truth meant only for him. an empire built on strength, forged in blood and fire. a legacy that will outlast the stars.

she shifted slightly beneath him, her tail brushing against his leg, a subtle gesture of alignment, of belonging. yours, she said, the single word carrying the weight of her acceptance, her devotion, her resolve.

her gaze lifted again, locking with his, a flicker of fire igniting in her pale eyes. but i will not be your shadow, kóvictus. i will be your empress. together, we will carve our names into history, and they will remember us—ione and kóvictus.

her eyes fluttered briefly, approval washing over her as the possibilities unraveled before her. this was the start of something monumental, something unstoppable. and she would see it through.

RE: sword of destiny - Kovictus - December 22, 2024

Kóvictus felt the way her body molded to his weight, not as prey, but as an equal—a force that yielded out of intent. Her murmured acceptance, her whispered acknowledgment of his name, sent a rumble of satisfaction coursing through him.

"You understand," he growled low, his voice like the scrape of stone. "You know what this is—what we are." A rumble of approval. Of please. His teeth grazed her neck, not in a question, but in confirmation, his tongue following to lap at the faint indent before he continued.

His paws shifted, dragging her hips further beneath him, his massive frame forcing her deeper into the sand as if he were branding her with his very presence. "I will tear down anyone who stands before us," he said, his breath hot against her ear. "Their packs will crumble, their legacies erased, their land taken. They will learn the cost of standing against us, and their blood will stain our rise."

He tilted his head, dragging his muzzle down the line of her spine, breathing her in greedily. "You are the flame to my war." he growled, each word rolling out of him hotter than the last. "Through you, we will create something the world cannot break. The Mother. My Empress."

His claws flexed against the sand, his growl deepening as his nose traced its way back to the curve of her neck. His golden gaze burned as he angled his head to watch her. His eyes meant only for her.

RE: sword of destiny - Ione - December 22, 2024

ione felt the searing weight of him, her breath hitching as his growl reverberated through her very being. he was colossal, overwhelming, a force of nature—and she, willingly, submitted to it. her body pressed deeper into the sand, molded by his presence, her own movements languid, almost serpentine, as she preened beneath him.

yes, yes! her voice carried the resonance of both acceptance and triumph, a cry that echoed with purpose. she was not simply yielding; she was rising to meet him in her own way, her spirit entwining with his power. she would be the mother, the reverend mother, the bearer of his legacy and their dominion.

we will be unstoppable, she murmured, her voice soft but fierce, her silver eyes alight as they met his golden gaze. her breath shuddered beneath his weight, but her resolve was unbroken. you, my gladiator, my conqueror. i will be your flame, and you will be my shield.

she tilted her head back, exposing the curve of her neck to him, her trust and challenge offered in equal measure. her tail swayed slightly, the gesture both instinctive and deliberate, as her voice fell to a whisper. mark me, kóvictus. through me, our empire will rise.
