I wanted to ask so I didn’t just assume: would it be ok to bring in an escaped (wolf)dog that has one of those thick police/tactical collars on?

Not an admin, but someone recently had a character with one of those! So I'm assuming those would be fine.

Thanks for providing a reference image! I think it's fine to bring in a character with one of these, especially with an applicable backstory. :)
