a little more one month away now.
ghelan had shed the baby browns of childhood. now, a sleek dark chocolate cloaks him. but that didn't change the mellow in his stride, as he searched the plains for herbs.
his amulet, gone, and any trace of sharadoii stamped out, only allowed in complete solitude. the weight on his shoulders only became heavier just then, as the boy plopped onto his behind and lazily pawed at any mounds in the dirt he could find.
siblings, or replacements? many a time did ghelan consider that perhaps now it was time to fly from the nest. he could only become a man through hardship — but where could he fly?
