what goes thump in the night - Leonore - May 21, 2025
She knew that what her and auntie had discussed was to introduce the Sapphique pups to those born in the sound when the seagulls were chased off for good, but the matter of today's situation was that Leonore wanted to visit.. and Lilimar was acting like a real pain. Her compromise had been to take the pup up to the cliffs with her and leave Marina with the more tame children.
Wrangling Lilimar along the way, she finally managed to have them sit still enough that stood upon the Sapphique borders, she could howl a greeting to her auntie Sobeille and the others within. She did hope to meet the rest of her family, but part of her did not want to have them lay their eyes on Marina's child; she knew it was wrong to feel so embarrassed.

They were unsure if they should feel special.
Leonore had taken them on a trip, one that the rest had been left behind for. Lilimar knew if was a sort of privilege, yet struggled the whole way nonetheless. It was far less fun if it was easy.
It was clear to them that something was bothering their mother's baby-faced baby babysitter, but what?
