From the pits of Mordor - Kaname - January 02, 2015 Set at night
He had a feeling that Mara would be back, with a vengeance. That feeling was bolstered by the fact that he scented her, that slave-girl he met before, and someone else at their borders. He went on their trail for a very long time, his fangs itching to sink into her skin like he had with Keithen, but the trail went cold. The assassin shrugged, exhaling a huge gust of air. They were lucky the had escaped him, or else, they might have landed in a world of pain, from the pits of hell themselves. He looked around, trying to find his surroundings, his icy eyes meeting their matches in the cold, dark sky. The stars looked much more beautiful in the winter. Something in the atmosphere made their glow cold and crisp, yet brighter. He sat their for a brief moment and admired them, his breathes slow and even in the air. RE: From the pits of Mordor - Grimm - January 03, 2015 Ahead of her sat a dodgy-looking guy with questionable motives. At least, that's what Grimm assumed - he was clearly on a solo mission, and didn't look like an underfed loner. Perhaps he had been cast out? No.. a wolf without a home had a look of urgency about them, and he did not. Curiosity got the better of her. After a day spent chewing on various types of bark, she was itching for company - good or bad. Not one to forgo an opportunity to inject a bit of colour into life, Grimm decided to approach Kaname diagonally and from behind, leaving the shelter of a nearby conclave of evergreens that had once upon a time said 'fuck it, we'll start our own forest' and struck out on their own. They had reached six, and give up. "Hey, you!" Grimm called ahead of her, walking slowly in Kaname's direction. "Looking for some fun?" It just slipped out. Grimm was a little surprised herself to be hailing a stranger with the traditional call of a hooker, but decided to go with it. Why not? RE: From the pits of Mordor - Kaname - January 04, 2015 His ears had swiveled to the sound of a wolf approaching before his eyes set upon the black figure. The assassin's metaphorical eyebrow raised at the sound of a hooker's call Looking for some fun?, which he took all the wrong way, even if she did not mean it. "Sorry," He huffed, fixing his gaze briefly on the dark woman. "But I have a wife. Try someone else." The assassin tried to keep walking and ignore the prostitute and kept going towards the direction of his home. RE: From the pits of Mordor - Grimm - January 04, 2015 The stranger brushed her off, but did believe her to be a lady of the night. The very idea made Grimm smile - he brothers' mates could definitely pass for hookers, with their spindly legs and obvious beauty, but no-one had ever thought it of Man-Legs Grimm. She persisted, following. "What about non-sexy fun? Wanna play chase?" If he had a wife, he probably had a pack - or planned to found one, and Grimm wanted to be the first to relay such news back to the Caldera. RE: From the pits of Mordor - Kaname - January 04, 2015 He glared at the woman again as she tried to get his attention. Chase she offered, as if he was some kind of child. Then again, Cara nearly was, so wasn't he kind of used to that sort of thing? The assassin shook his head. "No thank you. I've already expressed my disinterest in your services, so please," He stressed the last word distressingly. "Leave me alone." He tried to get past the prostitute, ruffling his neck fur in preparation for a scuffle if she did not get his drift, for the second time. RE: From the pits of Mordor - Grimm - February 06, 2015 Another no. He pushed past her, Grimm followed, attempting the prostitute card again - and why not? He already thought she was a lady of the night. "Oh, come on! Your mate will never know!" she leered, but gave the now visibly irate male a slightly wider berth. He looked older, and like his life's supply of patience might be running low. Suddenly, she wasn't so sure this was a good idea. |
