From behind the pine.. - Morgana Wolf - February 09, 2015 @Razorback Morgana had never ventured out by Rising Sun Valley. Every thing was different. The smell. The setting. The wolves. And that's exactly what make her go. She had been walking for quite a while and she had not seen any wolves. No that she cared. To be honest, she was a tad bit socially awkward. She was sure not to venture too close to any surrounding packs, honestly she wasn't in the mood for trouble today. Suddenly she perked up. She caught the scent of a female near by. Her mind was battling with herself. One voice said to walk away and the other was urging for her to investigate. The voice telling her to walk away slowly quieted as the curiosity grew. She lowered herself slightly as she peaked out from the towering pine tree she was behind. She spotted the female. The female's pelt was coated with variations of browns. Her hair grew thicker around her nape, giving a mane-like look to it. She couldn't help to admire the she-wolf's pelt. Finally, she walked out from behind the pine tree and stood infront, waiting silently for the she-wolf to notice her. RE: From behind the pine.. - Razorback - February 09, 2015 Razorback was not one to meander too far from her parklands. However, on her journey here something had caught her attention. Her memory was typically quite keen (she never could forget a face or a scent), but Razorback could recall fatigue passing through these lands. Perhaps she had imagined things. Still, she would give herself some more time before giving up. The tawny wolf poked and prodded at a nearby brush, and felt a prickle of frustration that what she had seen she could not so much as remember. It was then another stepped before her visage, albeit with a good distance between them. Razorback drew herself to a complete stand, so that if the other humored challenging her she might think things over. It was the others intent stare that caused the tawny woman to think the other night have the wrong intentions. She could not recognize the others scent as the pack that her leader had told her to beware of. RE: From behind the pine.. - Morgana Wolf - February 09, 2015 The she-wolf in front of Morgana stiffened and held a bold stance once Morgana emerged from the shadows. Morgana had not encountered a wolf from these parts and wasn't sure what to make of the She-wolf in front of her. She didn't make contact, just continued to study the female. The female didn't seem like the one to back down against an intimidating wolf. Neither did Morgana. Morgana thought about turning and walking the other way, knowing that if any hostile communication was involved, this would turn into a fight. I am Morgana, you are? , Morgana spoke up since she doubted the brown she-wolf was going to make the first move. RE: From behind the pine.. - Razorback - February 09, 2015 Razorback stood her ground. The moment was tense, and what would happen next was dependent on this inky wolfs next move. Razorback could feel the beginnings of her defenses start to set themselves... but then the other merely introduced themselves. Strange. It was not typical for Razorback to meet any wolves that were... friendly. They were all hostile, all competing against one another for life and to end up on the surviving end of it. Bar the wolves within her own pack, who she would naturally build some sort of bond (or something or other) with. The tawny wolf played mute. She let out a low rumble, as if to demonstrate she had no ability to speak words, and shrugged haphazardly. Razorback was not one to mingle if she was not requested to. Feeling it unnecessary to turn a new leaf now, she remained silent and observant of the slim woman before her. At the very least, for the moment the two established they were a nonthreat to the others existence. Razorback did not enjoy fighting pointless fights... but she was also never one to back down. RE: From behind the pine.. - Morgana Wolf - February 11, 2015 Sry, Morgana is gonna be a little rude this post... Morgana sneered at the mute she-wolf. What a waste, she said a little too loudly. A wolf like that couldn't possibly survive the harsh game of this life, let alone the wolves she might possibly face. She kept her stance strong and intimidating, not wanting to give this mute she-wolf any idea that she was kind or non-hostile. By now anyone could guess what pack she was from. Morgana had the urge to claim dominance over this little..meeting. Surely she was the bigger wolf here, the best. Morgana's best asset was getting under wolves skin, make them rilled up. She enjoyed it. She would wait and see how this encounter would play out before asserting dominance. She was loving the game. |
