a light that never comes - Jensen - February 15, 2015 The cinnamon-sprinkled male moved quietly through the woods, ducking and dodging low hanging branches as they whipped at his face and combed through his fur. It was twilight and the shadows were beginning to slowly overwhelm the mountain, enveloping the territory in a chilly blanket he sought to shake off. A nice run through the forest always did his soul some good, especially on days where he found himself brooding and stewing over things out of his control. He had no goal in mind as he ran, massive paws thudding rhythmically against the sodden ground as he went like a shadow. He knew eventually he would have to begin thinking about a trade to master in order to provide the pack with his own special service, and as he drummed through the fading light he found himself wondering what would suit him best.
Another moment, and the thought was gone, his footfalls receding into the quiet of night. RE: a light that never comes - Bindi - February 16, 2015 you can always make it Bindi she tripped over lol
With nothing to, do the midnight female went for a jog. She was about to howl and disturb whoever was sleeping when a shadowy figure crossed her vision. Knowing it was a wolf, and that they most likely did not see her due to her fabulous fur, Bindi ran after them. She wasn't sure who is was until she caught his scent and could tell it was Jensen. She wanted to mess with him, so the obsidian female ran as fast as she could until she was ahead of him. Keeping low to the ground Bindi would wait until he came past her and would yell or trip him, something of that nature. RE: a light that never comes - Tempest - February 16, 2015 The fast drumming of running paws caught the attention of the fae, who was instantly on guard, ears perked. She leaped to her feet and took off after the sound and scent, only to come across Jenson. She relaxed, and for a few moments ran alongside him, the night air heavy with beautiful scents. The willowy fae glanced over at him quickly before letting out a startled Oomph. She crashed onto her side, stunned. "Stupid lump" she muttered as she gazed venomously at the dark figure. Suddenly, the fae realized that it was not a rock, but a wolf. She stood cautiously, and made her way over. "Bindi?" she asked incredulously. RE: a light that never comes - Jensen - February 16, 2015 It was only a few moments before he was joined by someone, who, upon getting a better glance at her, was Tempest. His mismatched eyes lightened noticeably with her company - well, any company, really - and flashed a lopsided grin. "Well hey there, miss," the eta said with a laugh in between breaths. She said nothing and he took it as wanting to run in silence; but hey, at least company was company.
A few seconds later the man glanced at her from the corner of his eye and watched as she fell with a thud. Surprised, Jensen skidded to a halt and doubled back towards the woman with a concerned expression on his face. "Are you okay? Are you hu- Bindi?" She had tripped over the body of a wolf, which was.. a bit strange. How had he not noticed her laying there? "Where'd you come from? Just popped outta nowhere!" he said with a small laugh, muzzle dropping to prod Tempest's shoulder reassuringly. The she-wolf seemed to be unharmed, which was relieving given the awkward circumstance. RE: a light that never comes - Bindi - February 17, 2015 Just as she was about to jump out and scare Jensen, Bindi realized another wolf was with him. Not having enough time to see, or smell who it was, the midnight female tried to back away, but found herself crushed by a figure. "That was my head" Bindi said and began to shake away the throbbing headache she now has. When she realized it was Tempest she tripped and got crushed by, she looked at her with worried eyes. "I'm sorry Tempest" Bindi said with an apologetic tone, and hoped the female could forgive her. Not bothering to bring up the fact that Jensen was suppose to be the one on the ground, Bindi looked at the male as he checked Tempest's shoulder. If the obsidian female caused anymore damage to the already hurt wolfess, she wouldn't know what to do. "Are you ok" the midnight wolfess asked, needing to know if her packmate was injured or not. RE: a light that never comes - Tempest - March 09, 2015 Tempest shook the dirt from her pelt, and looked down at Bindi with amusement. "I'm fine. What were you doing down there, pretending to be a rock?" She smiled at Jenson, acknowledging his kindness in checking that she was alright. "Are you all right though, Bindi? I think it was your head I tripped over." Her expression turned to concern as she looked down at the fae. |
