Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 23, 2015 {Everyone Welcome, Lacinia is up for grabs. come on, she's worth it x).} Lacinia decided to stick around the beach today. Watching the sea was comforting enough to keep her happy but those feelings were being pulled away. Alone she couldn't do anything besides survive longer. Winter has ended but that didn't mean things would get easier. She continued to think about the young adorable male she met the other day. She will remember Kev but it didn't seem like he liked her enough to want to stick around. There hasn't been anyone who wanted her to stay with them. The problem didn't seem like it came from the others but from her instead. It all pointed towards her, but what was she doing wrong? What was making others want to leave her? In her past she could torture those she was told to torture or just get close and personal to entertain others. Inflicting pain or pleasure was something she enjoyed doing but being forced to do so gave her a drive to hate males who take advantage. As she walked along the coast she tried to figure out what was the problem. All she wanted was to be happy yet there seem to be something that didn't settle or couldn't be done anymore. Lacinia has killed other wolves before, but what was wrong with that? They wanted the suffering to stop so she killed the innocent. Those males who took advantage, she got close to them then murdered them. It was all for a good cause in the end. Happiness can only be bought by happiness, that seems to be the case. Maybe she should seek a friend before seeking to rid the world of advantage takers. This time she decided that she will be careful with her actions and words. She didn't want to be pushed away again. RE: Am I Special? - Luke - March 24, 2015 Luke had been following the river since departing Mordecai's company and found that it lead him to the coast. For someone who loved the water, he had never spent much time near the ocean, and was delighted to have the chance again. But before he could charge headlong into the waves to play, a shadow roaming about the sands stole his attention away. Luke's ears perked up, and his tail started to sway. With a cordial smile he began a lope towards the figure. "Hey!" he called as he neared the other wolf, a black-furred, attractive female. "Have you ever tried to jump the waves?" he asked, his tail beating back and forth as he slightly dropped his front quarters into a partial play bow. RE: Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 25, 2015 She turned her head suddenly seeing a white wolf approach her. At first she believe it was kove but after a second she realised it wasn't him. The next moment she noticed the odd color blue on the male's nose, which was actually his nose. It sparked a bit of curiosity but what was the most unexpected was the playful desire he showed. Exactly how was she suppose to react to that? Lacinia didn't find him adorable compared to the young male she met before. At she very least she could agree that he takes care of his body. The first idea she had was what kind of sound would he make if she stabbed his side in a sensitive point with her claw. The thought of it made her lightly giggle after she heard his voice. She looked at him with her fiery eyes and showed off a little smile. "I wouldn't want to get wet on purpose. A young woman like me should stay warm as much as she can." She said in a calm tone. Then proceeded to lay down, actually pulling off an alluring pose. Her front legs were crossed and slightly turned towards the male then she laid her head down on them. She had no intention of going into the water, that wasn't her way of playing. This was more like fishing, with her being both the bait and the fisher. "Besides aren't there better forms of fun out there?" She said with a devilish smile. She didn't want to appear to be a threat or to be a dangerous wolf. Instead of her making the move of attack she wanted the other wolf to get closer. Close enough to where the black rose could poke with her thorns. Atleast that way, she could have a little taste of fun when she catches him off guard. RE: Am I Special? - Luke - March 25, 2015 Luke momentarily had the wind taken from his sails as the she-wolf responded, and he blinked at her as in disbelief. "You don't like the water?" he asked, pulling himself out of his play bow and into a casual stand. His tail had slowed to a slight wave, hanging behind him. He watched her curiously as she laid down, crossing her legs before placing her head on them. Luke was used to being the one that was oddly comfortable around strangers, he was not used to them acting without reservation around him. "Besides aren't there better forms of fun out there?" she asked, and Luke's tail once more moved in a perkier wag as a grin came across his lips. "More fun than water? You're crazy!" he replied joyously with a chuckle. Unwittingly he played right into her plan, strolling toward her until he was just a foot from her, peering down at her. "Come on," he drawled, hoping to appeal to her playful side, if she had one. "Come jump the waves with me!" RE: Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 25, 2015 Of course one of her mistake would be not holding back. She never said she didn't like water, in the summer it can be quite refreshing but it wasn't the season for playing in water. Lacinia knows what she wanted and the male certainly did come close. There was only a minor problem, he was still trying to convince her to play in the sea. It was still a no for jumping. But now that he was close, she made her move without hesitation. It may seem like it would have been a playful attack but that was no longer possible. The word crazy hit her hard, she didn't want to keep hearing it from every wolf she meets. So "First things first!" she said with a deceiving smile in attempt to keep him friendly. She then jumped at him! but not directly, she aimed to pin him down or atleast bring his head to the ground. She'll attempt to do so by landing a claw on a soft spot between the back of his head and neck. With her weight being above her stabs will hurt alot if he resist. But if he goes down without a fight it won't hurt as much but she'll keep her claw at that point without pressing on it. If she succeeds she'll say "Don't call me crazy!" in an sudden angry tone. If she misses she will continue to strike at him angrily at pressure points near his head in order to bring him down until she succeeds. {Since Luke is agile fill free to choose that she misses a few times, if he has the reflexes :P Lacinia won't give up that easily in punishing him since he got in range} RE: Am I Special? - Luke - March 25, 2015 Luke was not anticipating an attack, there had been no forewarning of any kind to suggest to him that he should have his guard up around this female. She leaped at him and because he was not at the ready, she managed to get a leg over his head to drive a claw into his nape. Luke yelped, more in surprise, and hurriedly he backed out of her grasp and sprung backwards, putting some distance between himself and this girl who clearly was crazy, but not in the sense that he had meant when he used the word. The blue-nosed wolf's ears shot forward aggressively, and his tail stiffened behind him. His silver eyes, once so friendly and warm, iced over and narrowed in challenge. "Try that again," he snarled, his hackles bristled into daggers. Luke was no pushover; his friendly disposition was not a sign of weakness, but it did a great job of hiding his potential and ruthlessness as a combatant. RE: Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 26, 2015 It was clear that she made a mistake again but for each mistake she does, she learns alot. Normally wolves she jump at are submissive. She had believed it was because of her that they were but the more time she spends in this wilds, the more she realises that it was not the case. Back then, the males who were taking advantage of her abilities were also the ones who gave her the power over others. They were feared and since those wolves supported her in a way she was also feared. But she didn't have anyone supporting her this time. No one submitted to her abilities. She had no more control. The feeling was depressive, she shouldn't have survive that day. Lacinia was giving up already. Even if her instincts were telling her to end the suffering by killing that male, she figured that there was a different way. She sat down and lifted her nose, exposing her throat. "I can't anymore. There is no point for me to continue living in a world I don't belong in. Killing you wouldn't change that, I understand that now. Do the world a favor and kill me instead." She said in a calm sad tone. She closed her eyes. She was pretty serious about it, It wasn't a trap she planned. She really wished that he would end her suffering like she did to so many. RE: Am I Special? - Luke - March 26, 2015 Luke was baffled, to say the least. This she-wolf had gone from seemingly friendly, to attacking him over nothing, to practically begging for him to end her life all in the span of a few tumultuous moments. He stared unblinking at her, his fur still raised, ears still pointed and tail still rigid; he was not about to let his guard down again around this irrational, unpredictable female. There was a fragment of burning ire in his skull that tempted him to oblige her request, but he stiffly held his position, his eyes never faltering in their fixation on her. Luke was by nature exceptionally compassionate, and it was fortunate for her that she did not provoke him further into fury otherwise he would have no mercy for her at all. But for now, her miserable words and the sad voice that spoke them appealed to his kindness, and his fur lay flat and tail hung loosely, but he remained tense and readied and kept his distance. "The only thing that can change that is if you change yourself," he replied evenly. RE: Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 26, 2015 Again, it didn't seem like Lacinia would have her way. The wolf before her was either hesitating or had no intention of taking her life. This delay only frustrated her then even more when she was told to change herself. Why did she have to change herself? It's not like that was easy, she couldn't unlearn anything. Even when her memories were missing she was this way. It's not possible to change what you are at heart. She opened her eyes and looked at the sky for a moment then droped her nose and sighed. "You're an idiot, No one can change their true selves. They can only change the side they show to others. A wolf like me no longer has a place because I tried to change things already. You're just asking me to hurt myself." She said unhappily. Her mood was getting worse by the second. In fact she wanted to attack him to force him to take her life. Something kept her from making that decision so she turned her head towards the sea. "Why don't you go jump around in the water like an over grown idiot and let the waves push you around until you can't move anymore." She really wanted him to go away, mainly because it wasn't worth getting killed by him now. She also knew that she can't beat him in a duel. So maybe by chance he'll tire himself out and drown by accident. Lacinia really had no idea of what she should be doing. He was there and it was now bothering her but she also didn't want to leave because of him. Hopefully he'll just pretend she wasn't there and go on doing what he came here for. RE: Am I Special? - Luke - March 26, 2015 She called him an idiot, and to this he sneered and snorted, his ears twitching indignantly at her absurd words as she tried to lay blame on him for 'asking her to hurt herself', before calling him an idiot for the second time and suggesting he go drown in the sea. Luke had a lot of optimistic wisdom to share, but he was not keen to waste his time talking into closed ears, and although he had buckets of patience she had punctured every single one of them and they were draining rapidly. In fact, they had drained so low that Luke was ready to leave. He turned but did not expose his back to her, keeping himself angled defensively and his eyes fixed upon her as he started to walk away. He had these parting words to share, "If you never move forward, you'll always be in the same place," and then with a flick of his tail he briskly made his exit. RE: Am I Special? - Lacinia - March 26, 2015 Murder has been commited, the playfulness the male had had disappeared. May it rest in peace. Sadly Lacinia had no care for it. His words had little to no effect on her, she instantly wanted to say something against it but the male had decided to leave. Actually, because he left when she wanted him to, it made her feel much better. As a reward she'll leave him be. She'll let a light walk away to leave her in the dark once again. What he said didn't mean anything to her. No matter which direction Lacinia goes, the place will remain unchanged in the dark. So walking forward, walking back, and just standing, it made no difference without a light that shines. For moment Lacinia was happy again, but her situation didn't change at all. She turned towards the sea and smiled. She thought about that male, he didn't try to take advantage of her which was good. It was funny how off guard he was when she attacked him, it made her giggle now. Then he left saying meaningless words. Clearly he still hasn't learned to see in the dark. Still it always amazes her that she switches quickly between emotions. She had no control over it but as she remembers how she acted, it left an entertaining feeling. Letting her feelings take over was something she enjoyed. She love the expressions others make when the try to figure her out. She was loaded with triggers, each one could have a bad effect or a good one. This event wasn't that bad really. In the end it raised her spirits up enough to where she was willing to wonder in the dark again. The land seem to have a couple of interesting males. It's clear that not all of them are bad. As long as they don't try to take advantage of her then maybe she could attempt to be friends with one. Maybe she should actually train some to act like the way she wants them to. Punishing them still sounded fun. But first it would seem that she need to find a way to gain more control. It would seem like finding a pack in her favor would do the trick. After all these encounters she felt ready to face more wolves. That's right, it wasn't over yet. She could atleast thank that blue nose male for that. Killing his fun spirit for today revived hers. Now she can take a step forward, up until the next light. |
