Street Lights and Big Cities - Kivi - June 09, 2015 The sun was rising and as usual Kivi was awake and ready to begin her normal morning run. However today she decided would be a decent day to train with Zhavvi. It was early in the morning so the weather would be cooler than in the evening. Kivi"s honey eyes glanced up at the mountain where her and the younger female trained before. A light fog was covering the peak of the mountain, perfect for cover. Kivi lowered her nose and began to track Zhavvi in hopes of finding her quickly. While finding the younger female, Kivi passed the herd of Bison and made sure no threats were nearby. She continued on trotting through the sea of golden grass until she finally cane upon the wolf she was looking for. She chuffed at Zhavvi and then used her muzzle to point to the mountain hoping she understood what she meant. She waited a moment for Zhavvi's reaction before jogging towards the mountain. RE: Street Lights and Big Cities - Zaria - June 10, 2015 Zhavvi was already up and about most of the time. Today was no exception. If Kivi had no time to train she would train her footing and posture herself. She often did that at the foot of the mountain so Kivi would find her if she was willing to give a training. Today she saw the female approach and greeted her with the same nod. She followed Kivi up the mountain towards the valley they would always train. Plus it was the valley she sometimes met up with Kero. So for Zhavvi those mountains were associated with fun. The slender female was starting to have less trouble getting up the mountain, she didn't feel her muscles pretesting so much. The girl also would train her speed and look for herbs that were poisonous to wolves. There was definitely an increase in ill feeling wolves, especially slaves. RE: Street Lights and Big Cities - Kivi - June 10, 2015 Zhavvi followed and Kivi was pleased with the progress the girl was making. She was stronger than when they first started and it was becoming clear that Zhavvi would soon be a warrior. A smile appeared on Kivi's face at the thought Zhavvi becoming a Lajakeesi. Even though Kivi had already earned that title, she couldn't help but feel proud of the princess's progress. Kivi ran faster today testing her own strength. She believed the training was for both of them and Kivi wanted to work just as hard as her student. Besides Zhavvi knew the route to their training area and didn't need Kivi babysitting her. Once at the top of the mountain, she rested before saying what they would train on. "We'll be working on endurance today" she spoke calming and looked at Zhavvi. Kivi believed it was important to know physical boundaries. Even though she hated saying it Kivi knew that sometimes you needed to flee. She also knew that if a wolf pushes themselves over the top in a spar and then decides to run, they won't have enough energy to get away. This is why it is so important to know boundaries. RE: Street Lights and Big Cities - Zaria - July 04, 2015 Zhavvi followed her mentor. She had no trouble catching up with Kivi because she had been walking this path each day. She noticed that she was getting used to the elevation of the mountain and then the decent into the vale below. Her slender body was a bit tired once they stopped. Her mind focussed on Kivi. She just nodded in reply, not feeling like talking because then it would be evident that she was ready to pant, and that was what she didn't want to show her teacher. The slender girl already had quite some endurance and speed but for the sake of the lesson she would listen to the other. Zhavvi took this moment to inhale sharp breaths of her, filling her muscles with new oxygen so she could keep up with the other. |
