Emberwood Whoa

The sisters were beginning to spend more time outside as they grew lankier and more rambunctious. @Sophia seemed intent on exploring, but Victoria was learning to appreciate lounging in the sun instead. It felt good on her back, and the occasional breeze from the approaching cold season evened it out.

She was doing just that today, bathing in a sunny patch flowing through the canopy of trees. Her mother watched from the entrance of the den, silently supervising her brood.

There was little on her mind, mostly wonderings about what @Cambria might have for them today, if anything. Victoria hoped for a bone to chew on, maybe two -- or a really big one, so she and Sophia wouldn't argue.
