All Welcome
100 post celebration!!

The sky darkened and wrapped the world with speckles of light, as a large waxing cresent hung among the lights. She took the day out of her home woods and journeyed outward in peace. A smile hung on her light maw for the longest time while walking in solitude, humming a tune and smelling the nature as the night came to be. She enjoyed the bright and cool day and wanted to feel the sun on her plush pelt. The clouds were high though and looked beautiful, but colder then she had thought. A shiver often crawled up, but walking helped keep it down. Shisu hadn't realized she has been wandering around for the whole day, and was tempted to turn back.

Though she sat in the green weaves, and looked up in a trance. With each exhale she saw the crystalized breathe come out, and her nose freeze by the icy air. She shivered, but remained as the long grassblades wisped against her sides. She was close enough to the edge that half her body was visible, but the other half disappeared. Shisu paid little attention to her visibility and chilliness,  as a blue gaze kept upwards in a warm smile that constrasted the cold day.

He had been laying low for a bit, adjusting to his new life decision. They were not a bad bunch to be around although he had not met everyone. Yet he still craved his own personal time. Which was why he stole out into the darkness of the world at a swift pace. The sliver of moonlight tried to point out his presence to any watching but it did a pitiful job.

His large form headed in a familiar direction and he felt something in his chest as he spotted a form up ahead. All alone with plush fur. He almost didn't recognize her without all the screaming birds. A low rumble built up in his chest as he crept towards her from behind.

Only when he was within range of hearing did he dare say something more. Not keeping the company of crows anymore?

She was glued to the sky, watching them twinkle by the moon. She felt frozen, like the time around her stopped at the moment her sky blue eyes touched upwards to the night. Shisu did not notice a figure approaching, for no noise reached her ears, and the pitch black pelt remained unnoticed. Only when the figure spoke up, did she get startled, "oh gosh!" and anxiously looked behind her in fright.

Though she then calmed, an obvious warmth to her gaze and a wag of a tail by a familiar figure, "B-Behemoth," she stuttered, but smiled by his presence. Adjusting her silver body, the dame turned to properly face him. She felt a heat crawl up toward her cheeks on what he said, remembering the night Shisu first met the dark knight. She frantically shook her head at the thought, and even started taken precautuons against them since. She avoided quite a few areas of the Blackfeather forest because of them, "I-I thought, it was a good day to, uhm... Take a stroll." She managed to keep a few stammers our as a familiar wolf came, but it was difficult to remove certain anxious quirks. And so she said about the day, but it was cold, however her fur kept it manageable.

He smiled softly at the way he startled her. How precious. He had forgotten that it had been such a delicate creature to catch his eye. So different than the fiery woman he had met so long ago. Alas, even Behemoth knew it was rude to think about other women while you were with one so he ceased his thoughts from lingering.

Shisu. He softly responded to her saying his own name. It was nice to know he hadn't been forgotten after giving her a relaxing night out. It wasn't often he wasted his time on damsels in distress. He settled himself by her side, intentionally placing himself close enough to let their fur mingle even if he was not fully touching her.

Bit cold if you ask me. He commented as he glanced over at her before looking up to the sky. Although I suppose the view makes it bearable.

She nearly forgotten what he caused to her poor, delicate personality. Shisu felt her heart thump by uttering her name, and was to reply but only kept her mouth gaped open, and then reclosing. Her inexperience with others in general and the intense anxiety she normally has let the thumping run like a rabbit. She couldn't even look at him once he drew near, very near. Though the plush wolf did not pull away, as she unadmitingly enjoyed the warmth of Behemoth beside her. She felt a bit too hot.

"It," she had to take a deep breathe, "it, is," but now her paws were sweating and face felt humid underneath her thick fur. She looked back, before immediately going upward to the sky. Even the stars were having a rough time calming her core, and only gave her a sense of relief of a topic "theyre a-always, beautiful."

Her anxiety radiated off of her but he made no comment on it. Sometimes Behemoth wasn't that much of an ass and tonight just so happened to be one of those nights. Being an ass would do no good anyway mentioning she was already so riddled with the dreadful feeling.

Can't argue with that. He murmured softly as his muzzle canted towards her ear softly. Do they have names? He asked before giving her a bit of personal space again. Behemoth didn't intend to completely smother her. Not so soon at least.

Yellow eyes floated between her and the stars, wondering if she would bestow some natural knowledge upon him. The large beast had never had a reason to learn it but perhaps it wouldn't hurt to know a fun fact or two.

She never had close moments before besides with her family, and wasn't sure how to act. She remained frozen by the gesture, but her whole body felt like flames itself that she was starting to become a walking heat pad. She was a mixture of restlessness, but a warmth to her heart by his gestures. If she wasn't a natural nervous fellow with thoughts of worry and 'oh gosh's', she'd go closer just for that pleasant feeling within Shisu's chest.

Which slowly dwindled down once coming into her natural habitat, such as stars. She was more then happy to, but she started to nervously ramble on about them, "o-oh, yes!" Shisu happily chirped, "there's uhm, Ursa Major and Minor, sometimes Canis Major and Minor appears, but not this night... B-But there's Pegasus! And, Lynx!" She easily listed them, her eyes often darting back and forth as she started to go off on the different names and constellations. There was quite a few to be seen, such as Saggitarius that only recently came out to their sky, "and Hercules!" she couldn't forget about the famous legends of him. He faintly reminded her of Behemoth, that she unconciously pointed that one out, "they.. all have their own legends."

While she listed all the stars, he watched her, soaked in her energy with his pale yellow eyes. It was almost cute how she rambled off all the names of these stars. They meant nothing to him but it was clear they meant something to her. There was knowledge tucked within those names, within the twinkling lights above. A hungry beast within him yearned for any kind of knowledge. So he stayed silent and listened.

Tell me a legend? He asked in deep tones as he held himself from pressing further against her. It was tempting to make her squirm but he withheld from now. Perhaps once he had his knowledge he would have his fun.

As she started to be drawn toward her pleasures, the pale dame was lost in her own world, and forgotten how close the Dark Prince had gotten. She was rambling off the constellations, a blue haze constantly scanning up above as she named them with a more ease as she was going toward her peaceful grounds.  It wasn't difficult to name, nor' find where they were. Once she found two, it was effortless to connect them to form the legends. She was wholeheartedly focused on them.

There was many stories to share, and she did not know where to start. Her favorite was Ursa Major and Minor, as they held many different spins on the tales. There was one track she enjoyed the most, being a mother bear protecting her young, but she did not think it would interest him as much as it touched her. Shisu knew a favorite that most held an awespiring toward, that she thought would work, "Hercules.. Is a, very.. L-Long one."

"He's the.. Sons of a God, and, a mortal." Though like Ursa Major and Minor, he had different versions of his story. She knew the one where he was the son of Zues and Hera, but the more well-known one was with Zues, and a mortal female, "he, uhm, was hailed a hero.. T-Though before that, he did grave sins by, killing his children by a curse set by the.. God's w-wife.. Then!" she whispered his sins, while nervously glancing at the ground. Shisu didn't like that part, but the whole stories of these particular constellations always had odd twists. Greek stories, really, always had something horrible to them that she didn't like. They were more well-known, sadly, and not as child-friendly compared to the other lesser-known versions. However she continued, "legends say.. He was given, t-twelve tasks set by a king.. A-And, if succeeded, he could be, immortal!"

"But, they're... Very long," she hesitated to ramble about them, as she felt she was being a bit overbearing about it, "when he was to die.. The i-immortal part of him went to the Gods... And he was casted to the sky, to be remembered.."
