And we can just RP it if that’s cool. Just want to make sure I can get at least three posts in the hunt for my trade. (●´ω｀●)

He’s glancing over to her the entirety of the time as their paws skip across the softness of the grass. She’s sly, moving quick and quietly. He almost envies her for her lightweight but sturdy frame, the way she can sneak and hide herself in the blackness of night. Still, as he finally has eyes on the herd, he flicks eyes back to her and catches the smallest glimpse of a pink tongue running over sharp teeth. He almost can’t help but stare, taking in the stark beauty of this creature of the night.

Yet he wills his eyes off of her and onto the animals before him — one of which he will be stripping off chunks of meat, cracking bone, and shitting them out later. As is the way of life; sad but true. For now though, it’s time to choose which one. 

So he lunges forth, muscles rippling impressively beneath a striped pelt. He makes contact with a medium sized doe who had been just a bit too slow to react to his advances. With large forearms outstretched, paws meet the rump and rib cage of the beast as his teeth clamp viscously onto its right hip. Sheathing fangs into the flesh as raising red meets his tongue. He’s got his mark.
