Bearclaw Valley What do you see in the mirror?

Arielle liked to explore the territory at night and could often be found doing so. Tonight was no different. She had been content with her solitude, enjoying the warm summer night breeze as it caressed her face and rustled her fur. 

But then the wind offered something else—something that made the slender girl pause her soft, silent steps. Vesta. Anger sprang up in her chest, so strong that she had to draw in a deep breath to calm herself. This was a packmate, and she couldn't make her irrational anger known, at least for now. Better to get to know the woman; that seemed like a smarter plan.

So with a deep sigh, she followed the scent trail until it lead her to Vesta. Anger swelled again, but she quickly pushed it away and let a small smile curve her lips as she chuffed to announce her presence.

Hey, she offered softly as she stopped at the woman's side.
