What a fool she would look like if she had gone on saying it wrong! Unlike the Summerwalkers, who seemed a peaceful pack, Forneskja was all warriors and hunters. Big-bad muscled types, Odessia assumed, although Fleur did not seem to fit into the stereotype that Odessia had cooked up. She was much too soft. The good news was that it might be a lead on what Odessia was looking for: her handsome bodyguard.
Fleur's questions made her wonder if maybe she was wrong about the whole "they are in this together" theory, but Odessia was stubborn if nothing else.
