Ohgoodness, this sucks but here you go!

How had she come back to this wild terrain, what caused her to come back to an area that brought no attachment or much of a memory? The only memory she had of this land was a silver and mahogany girl that was distressed and tired, a girl that inflicted pain on her but it had been all her fault. How she wanted to see her again and apologize for her abrupt departure, how she wanted to express her sorrow for leaving their meeting so open ended but words would never fall from her lips. Mindlessly she wandered as if she could stumble on her scent once more, she had not even gotten her name.

She exhaled loudly, her version of a sigh. It wasa sound of sorrow and frustration as she wound through narrow passes and scaled down rather steep mountain like terrain. It was not until her dark paws began to walk through the moonlit grass that she was snapped out of her aimless heading. Her olive and pumpkin gaze widened as she looked over the silver blades, lifting those same eyes to trace the beams of moonlight that simply made this meadow so enchanting.

The silence was just as wonderful, it matched her own voice. No sound, nothing but the soft breeze caressing her midnight fur. Carefully she placed herself under one of those beams of silver streams of moonlight, closing her eyes slowly as if absorbing the night light into herself. For a moment her tail raised before swaying softly as a few flickering lights began to draw closer, her eyes remained hidden behind dark lids as she lifted her nose higher. It was easy to see that she was basking in the gentle light though it would seem as if she was aware of the few fireflies that swayed to the beat of her tail. Or was it the other way around, but alas, she did not know or she would be even more awestruck.
