All Welcome
After ending a search that gets him nowhere, Atlantis makes his way back to the last place he’d seen @Hydra and @Lyra before they’d separated. Their scent isn’t the strongest so he follows the best track he’s got, traveling through an herbalist’s dreamland. Most of his interest is an apple tree with several rotten apples on the ground. It is a little late in the season for this small orchard and he passes over them, making his way to the eastern side and continues his search.

Well-fed, and now a trio once again, Hydra's spirits had risen. She would be returning to Moonspear with her beloved Alya in tow, who seemed to be recovering by the day. She had not wanted to travel and irritate the wound her sister had suffered more, and so when things seemed stable they had made their bid to depart. So far, so good, though they took things slow.

Hydra knew there were more than one set of eyes out there, aiding her cause. Her own blue eyes fell upon the handsome figure of a man that had been doing just that, and she chuffed to him as she approached, tail swaying.

While her paws itched and yearned to tread upon Moonspear's paths once more, Lyra knew the journey back to their mountain would be slow going. Alya's leg was still recovering and needed frequent rest as they travelled, although it had mostly healed up nicely. While she had been told there were two healers at Morningside, Lyra had possessively taken over their duties, giving her own examination of Alya's wound. Thankfully for them, the wolves of the maple forest hadn't damaged her dear sister's leg further.

A curious smelling woodland had pulled Lyra in its direction, and Hydra allowed her the momentary distraction. The near overwhelming scent of herbs caused a shiver of excitement to race down her spine, and the Ostrega eagerly pushed ahead into the forest. She cursed the fact that this place was so far from Moonspear; it was a veritable treasure trove!

Her feverish sniffing of every tree and flower paused as she picked up another scent — one of blood instead of plant. She looked up, noting the amicable wave of Hydra's tail before idly following her gaze. A lone figure stood out against the backdrop of earthen colours, a man with a wintery coat and broad stature. As Hydra gave chuff of greeting, Lyra assumed this was the one she had told her about; the stranger who had offered help in finding their sister. She echoed Hydra's stance as they drew towards him with an interested twitch of an ear.

He does not have to sort through ways to find them as Hydra first appears in the distance. His head lifts slightly to match hers, eager to see her again. The sway of his tail matches hers and he offers a fond look as she approaches, watching her effortless gait until her lookalike appears in the background. As his eyes trail to the figure behind the first, he blinks absently a few times. Hm. His feet kick into gear and carry him the last few yards to greet her as her sister approaches after. The pale male dips his head in greeting, keeping quiet as he waits to hear his share of the news.

With the distance closed, Hydra's tail swayed slowly behind her. She explained nothing to Lyra, who knew of his return already, and everything else there was to know, too—her interest included. We found her, she informed with a grin. As if they would not? We will be returning to Moonspear, though we're taking our time, she explained. It was for the benefit of Atlantis that she did so, as Lyra and Alya both knew of their slow going intent.
