All Welcome
Tzila has come into heat for the first time, so she's liable to be extremely moody!

Through the long, winding passageway that cut through the mountain like an old scar, a dark figure blazed by. The hardened soil, covered in snow and ice cascaded up, freshly disturbed by fleeting paws. Tzila had been running for almost fifteen minutes now. She had no destination. Her mind was clouded, spinning out of control. She needed to try and clear her head.

Her body had seemingly turned upon her. She ached all over, dully. Her sleeping pattern was off, and when she did manage to rest, it was a disturbed sleep. But most frustratingly of all, was the change in her scent that permeated the air to the point of nauseating her. Too young to understand this change and what it meant, her already edgy temperament was forced to new extremes. One moment she would be giddy...another she would be sad and absorbed in regret. Then the next, she'd be a ball of fire, taking out her fury on inanimate objects or whatever hapless animal smaller than her crossed her path.

So she ran. Ran, under the false hope that this would somehow fix the hell that she was going through. The wind whipping its icy fingers through her fur provided little relief, prompting her to curl her lips back in a silent snarl of agitation. Chest heaving, her breath billowed out in thick plumes. Her heart pounded in her ears, and her muscles locked, forcing her to stop and crumble in an exhausted heap in the snow. Lips still quivering, she pried open a silver eye, peering towards the distant mouths of many a dark cave. Where was she?
