All Welcome
Maybe @Flicker?? just a border patrol, AW!

Mist curled around the weald like steam from a dragon's nostrils, pooling icy tendrils between every tree and lingering in a pit of tenebrosity - the moon had begun to rise, bathing the domain in an eerie glow of luminescent white; it was then that Aries stalked, slithering through the fog in reptilian silence.

Everything was still; from his thoughts, to the wind. No frigid gusts marked the wintry bite of the season, though the bitter chill remained - the Svartell parted his lips to taste the air upon his tongue, sliding toward the fringes of the kingdom in order to scour for intruders, re-establish the signposts that warded away foolish strangers. It was his duty, and he was bound to the service.

Even if the silver-born stranger's words lingered... a king, he'd deemed the reaper - but the thoughts were shaken from the crevices of his skull as rapidly as they had emerged.
If I cannot bend Heaven,
I will raise Hell.

Provided she is accepted by this point!

The woman moved through the woods like a shadow, learning how to integrate herself like the darker forms that dwelled here. The atmosphere was like Blackfeather.
Funny how a pack like this could turn a place so eerie.

She sighed through her teeth. She needed something to do. Something to take her mind off her growing heat. She couldn't go around getting herself pregnant now, especially not here. The offspring wouldn't be accepted from a southern bastard such as herself. She sought today to patrol; to keep moving and let the bite of winter take the edge off.
She was marking along the border until she looked up and spotted a form moving along towards her. She blinked, trying to work out who it was.
New or already met; friend or foe.
Moonspear.

If any of their ilk came down, for they were very close to where she was attacked she had to admit, she'd be the one taking the brunt of their attack again. Yet here she felt safe, she knew eyes watched from the depths and words were whispered along the trees. This was a Melonii claim after all.
