Honeyed Pasture Nothing at all

She had managed to fully clean her wounds and she was sure that the wound on her shoulder would scar nicely. Another badge she would wear with pride. “What to do next.” She spoke to herself briefly as she slightly admired the tall grass that connected to the water.

on a whim Vegas decided to venture away from the coast. eventually the trees towering over the coastline thinned as he moved further east, giving way to a field of tall grasses which swayed in the summer breeze. 

the ebony woman who stood amidst the pasture was apparent to him after mere seconds of his trek. he stopped in his tracks, eyes large. the lack of white facial markings informed him that this was not Vanity and he breathed a soft sigh of relief. she was not a woman he wished to see again so soon after their first encounter. 

but this was still a female he found attractive and,while full of anticipation, he was also nervous as all hell. Nevertheless, the lanky wolf approached her,his tail waving at his heels in a friendly manner and an anxious smile on his face.

"Uh. Hello, miss."

She was pulled by her thoughts by the voice of a male stranger. One who had a scent of the sea, though the salty water where fish swam wasn’t her cup of tea some wolves preferred it and she didn’t exactly know why. There was only crabs and fish not a good meal in her mind.

She gave the mysterious male a smile although she was out of practice seeing as though she hardly ever smiled. Not genuinely at least. She was used to more of a mysterious smirk that gave her victims a sense of fear. “Hello.” She said sweetly as she eyed him.

the sea had not ince been a place he called home, but now it was. he loved the scent of brine and the flavorful taste of fish and shellfish.he loved the roar of the ocean and the magnificent colors of sea and sky as the sun sank below them.

but not all shared this love, and that didn't worry him.

the female gave him a smile, leaving him the impression that she was a sweet young woman. the smile put him at ease,lowering his guard. 

"I'm Vegas," he greeted, swishing his tail. "how are you today?"

Serem managed to get him comfortable and she was glad about that as she thought of what she wanted to do with this individual perhaps she might just make small talk but only time would be able to tell that.

His guard was lowered and in turn She herself relaxed. He gave his name and it was different but she took a mental note of it for possible future reference. “My names serem. I could be better and yourself?”
