All Welcome

The man wanted to look in case Arenraith had risen up without his knowledge. Or if anyone had made it through and met here, but no one was there to meet them. He thought they were his family.
Were they not?
He'd swept through the Vale, calling for anyone and was now wandering the western ridge rather dejectedly.

What did he do now? The Coven was gone. He was not part of the Coven. He was not part of the Sun, not to be trained by the Sky. Not to see another ritual cast by the Moon nor host another ceremony to celebrate life. Would he be able to take part in another Sabbat? He'd quietly celebrated by himself, but it wasn't the same. He should ask Kavik about celebrating, or if any others did so.
He was lost, deep in thought, when he spotted a pink flower rising from a small patch of soil.
He moved closer, inquisitive about what it was, for he'd never seen one before.

the sea-witch picks her way down into the valley; it is obvious the mountains are not her natural roam. she has, however, managed to keep her paw pads whole and uncracked, and navigated the peaks well enough. the valley had been her intent; she'd heard tell of it once before but had yet to investigate the vale herself.

she noticed the man quickly, and her attention was drawn away from the vale a moment. she paused, as if waiting for some cue, before altering her trajectory and approaching the stranger passively, gaze drawn to the object of his gaze. the tiny flower, made especially noticeable by the rock all around, was recognized after an instant. "geranium," she murmured, in lieu of greeting, "reduces pain, and inflammation." it was a rarer plant, and one she'd not yet added to her stores. she did, however, respect the basic rule of "finders, keepers."

Sheri, being the oblivious oath he was, blundered at the sudden arrival of a company.
He shot up, twisting with wide, surprised eyes, trying not to clumsily step onto the delicate flower and nearly flopping over in the process.

It took him a moment to realise she was naming and informing him of the plant. Valuable. His head tilted slightly, giving a sheepish grin.
She wouldn't bite, right?
"How much until it's toxic?" He gave her a proper grin now. Any plant can make a wolf sick, all substances had toxicity. The levels varied greatly, however. A nightshade berry could kill a pup whereas they'd have to eat many blackberries to fall sick. Even then, it wasn't deadly.

"I'm Sheri." He introduced himself, feeling Myrto stir from where she hid in blatant fear of his overreaction. She usually calmed when she heard his name spoken.

his question surprises her, and though she does not sense it from him, she wonders briefly if he harbours ill motives. she answers honestly, however, and does not dwell on the brief pang of suspicion. "in all honesty, I do not know; it was another that told me of its uses, and never before have I had a need for it." being such a rare herb, and one she had minimal experience in using, she'd neglected to seek it out or use it in any treatment.

"I am Thelxiope, of Elysium" she offers with a small dip of her muzzle. she misses the small movement of his familiar, but had she not, would have been sharply interested in the tiny creature.

Sorry for the wait!

So she had been taught by another. He wondered to what extent and by who. Where they a medic or a botanist? The two very much went hand in hand. He smiled all the same, wanting to know more anyway. It must be rare, but what if it was also very important. Could he replicate the conditions here by the Creek? It would reduce the time he'd have to walk...
"Sherigrim of Swiftcurrent Creek."

She was pretty, but not in the enchanting way that Elve was. She didn't hold the pointed ears or soft eyes. She holds herself in the same way as the fawn, but not so enchantingly.
"What does it do?" Always one to want to know. Hell, the Earth could be cracking open and he'd not care.
