All Welcome
bhediya sat beside the border in contemplation. to take that step, to veer over the edge.. would it be so bad? there was no one here to leave behind, no one who needed her. easy was grown, as was pihu; ibis was leading with ease. there would be no one here to miss her, not in a way that mattered.

but if she stepped over that border, who's to say that he wouldn't follow? bhediya could leave everything behind and have it all be for nought, because no matter where she ran to, pygmalion would find her. he would always find her, never relenting until the day that she died.

what if?

the scout stepped away from the border then, finding her thoughts to be slipping faster than she could catch them. to leave in that way, it wasn't an option. there would come a time when she would be able to escape. it was only a matter of figuring things out until then.

bhediya began to jog toward the heart of the territory, finding comfort in the sting of the winter wind.

Sarah had not found the moron, who had scared the living hell out of Reiko. It was not much of a disappointment for her, because with the vague scent profile and superficial description of the man to run her search by, it would have been a miracle, if she had succeeded. Still - she did not forget about this encounter and was more vigilant as ever, while she patrolled the borders or was out hunting. The creep could still be around. Or any other kind of danger for that matter.

When her paths crossed with that of Bhediya, the guardian was on her way to discuss some matters about Ibis. The dark she-wolf's speed was something that made her alert and she stopped in her tracks, watching the packmate with concern in her eyes. Had anything happened to her?

the magician was moving too quickly to have noticed sarah. her mind was focused on forgetting; each thought that she longed to erase was replaced by another, prolonging the cycle. she sped quickly to a sprint, halting moments later to lurch over and heave. bhediya tried to breathe through the waves but they continued at a steady pace, one after the other.

what were her options? limited, if nothing else.

once the contractions had reached their end, she settled back into a seat to catch her breath.

Ibis's right hand did not take any notice of Sarah, sped past and off in the woods. The guardian turned to watch the other's flight with a deep-set frown. Something was very off about the woman. First the seizuring episode that she wished to conceal from all pack members. Now - panicked running around like a crazy person. Or maybe they were different manifestations of one and the same thing.

Sarah was no medic, she was not very empathic person, she did not really wish to know the background story of, why this was happening. What she knew for sure that Ibis - as a leader - should know about Behdiya's shenanigans. Therefore rather than following the dark she-wolf and making sure that she was alright, Sarah turned to seek out the alphess and inform her about the goings on without delay.
