Aningan didn’t read too much into it when she pawed at her face; they were both wet from fishing, and he figured she was just trying to wipe some of that water away. He was too focused on watching to see what fish she picked, anyway—which ended up being the largest one, snatched away with a growl; it was playful in nature, seeking engagement. The male looked first towards the fish that remained, wondering if he should store them away, but ended up leaving them there. Rather than that, his front half fell down into a play-bow, tail set high and waving like a flag on a windy day. Giving her a second or two to react, Aningan sprung forward thereafter, aiming playful nips at both her and the fish.
Characters are more than welcome to mistake Aningan for a polar bear.
A snowy owl can also be noted hanging around with Aningan, usually in the trees or sky, unless stated otherwise in my posts.
nothing in life is to be feared,
it is only to be understood.

this thread? wrapped.

the suggestion was taken and put into action. aningan left the fish pile behind, nipping at ying as she dashed off with the fish. the pair continued with their game for a little while, eventually breaking off to enjoy their spoils.
