All Welcome
she's tresspassing!

the sound of her ragged breath, glimpses of trees, snow, light and dark. always checking behind her, desperately hoping he's not decided to make good on his promise. the pounding of her paws on the snow, of her heart, of the cut across her chest where she'd fallen down the rock. dread and a deep, ugly sense of wrong.

a border; she crosses it without a thought, making directly for the center. borders mean packs means safety, here, it'll be alright, here—stop, gag, try to vomit again. she's already emptied all the content of her stomach. the absolute terror is faded, not as much by the distance she'd placed between herself and the man but instead sheer exhaustion. she stumbles onward.

don't mind if i do :)

Large flakes fell heavy from the sky, drifting toward the frozen earth in a silent parade. The serenity of the moment wasn’t lost on the man as he drifted through the snow, nose tipped toward the cloud covered sky. The chill in the air biting with each breath. It was his favorite time of day, the sun still sleeping and the moon drifting towards its own slumber. The quiet of the morning perpetuating the calm of the world in that moment.

And yet, he should have known. Should have known that this morning had started to perfect, snuggled alongside @Nanook, as he was eased awake gently by the falling snow. He should have known it was to good to be true.

He saw her before he smelt her. At first, he was curious, who in their right mind had this kind of energy in the morning. To go gallivanting through the snow and the woods before the sun had even made an appearance, shaking his head at the antics of teenagers.

And then his curiosity turned to vehement anger as her scent reached him and he realized she was not one of them. With a ferocious bark, and snapping of teeth, Siarut ran after the girl. His larger legs making up the distance between them in short work.

it is the phantom image of him that has her continue, even as her throat turns to sandpaper and her lungs to fire. he could have just as easily changed his mind and come after her then. she glances wildly over her shoulder, and her heart near drops out of her chest. yelp tears from her throat, and the girl stumble, stopping messily and turning to face him, cowering low. "don't!"

her tail curls tightly, and againt, "don't!" her sides are heaving, all she can taste is bile. "I didn't—I won't tell!" she inches backward, caught between the need to flee and the instinct to make herself as small as possible.

let me know pn discord if you want to set up some guidelines or let this continue organically; I don’t mind making any edits if I’ve over stepped

She was quick to fall to the ground, belly flush against the snow beneath her paws. And Siarut was on her in a second, merciless in his endeavor to protect his packmates and their territory. His teeth dug in against the nape of her neck, pulling aggressively at the lax skin of her rough. Forcing her into submission.

Once he was sure she was effectively handled, Siarut let out a quick howl alerting @Valette and @Greyback know that they had an intruder. “Who are you?” There was a dangerous edge to his voice, indicating that her next words could be her last.

At least 1 major injury needs to happen because of our rules, if you don't want Fern to die.

Valette lifted her brow when she heard a voice that they had an intruder. The matriarch instantly turned to the sound and made haste. She hated them, ones who didn't have any respect for their boundaries. As she came closer it was clear she was not fully wolf. Perhaps one of those filthy dogs. Ever since Murdock had kept one, that terrible Poppy, Valette had hated them. And this one had the looks like that Poppy dog. Valette came in with her teeth bared. She wanted to rip the girl apart.

The matriarch had little to no mercy for the trespasser. She watched as Siarut questioned her but she felt that the trespasser had no right to express their motives. Valette's lip was curled. "Don't bother. She must be punished for trespassing, dogs never learn," she snarled.

organically is fine! pp is also totally alright, as long as it's not death :)
fangs snap onto her scruff, and a choking sob escapes her as she goes limp. her eyes squeeze shut, and her ears fill with the sound of her own rushing blood, a roaring that makes it near impossible to hear anything else. she can only see the body, stretched out in the dirt, the awkward way she'd lain there while the man kicked snow over her bloodied corpses. don't tell.

punished. stars and lights flash in her eyes among the darkness, and she suddenly feels far away from all this. dogs never learn. she jolts, attempting to tear away from the man's grip. agonized yowl escapes her maw, a high, keening sound she hardly believed came from her maw.

His Matriarch was quick to arrive, and with her arrival any need for his interrogation. Her curled lip, and degrading words were enough of an order for him, she was the boss. Nodding his head, once in understanding, his full attention turned back on the intruder. The squirming dog, as Valette had called it, struggled out of his grasp with a desperate wail.

A violent growl forced its way from his lips as he resumed his chase. His paws pounding the ground, the injury he had already inflicted and her smaller stature making it easy for him to overtake her. His jaws closed angrily at her hindquarters, tearing into the flesh. Trusting Valette to be on her game, Siarut held on firm. Teeth sunk to the bone. Pulling back with his strength, he hoped to pull her to a halt, giving his leader time to find her own attack.

Valette knew enough when the other tried to flee. She instantly charged after the dog without any remorse. It was almost like a hunt, the female jumped forward and latched on to one of her hind legs. She was out to kill the trespasser. Especially seeing that she was not reasonable to talk to them. The matriarch wanted to lock her jaw and made sure not to let go but Siarut was there first. It helped that Siarut also tried to grab the dog as well. Valette didn't want this thing to escape.

She lunged forward to the female's head. Her jaw opening and trying to chomp down on her neck, however, it was slightly misplaces and was met with the soft tissue of her eye and hard surface of her eye socket. Valette didn't flinch and bit down anyhow.

Injuries as discussed!

her body is torn, broken. there are no words, or suitable metaphor, to aptly describe the pain, the anguish. she'd only ever known kindness, and through some fortune of the universe, or perhaps her own actions, the true harshness of this world, of life, had been hidden from her.

and so the wolfdog can only endure, as skin and flesh is rent, tendons torn, things ripped away and turned to darkness. she can only endure, and run, until she is as far beyond this place as she can go.
last from me! feel free to pp the chase/archive/continue <3

not sure if you want to continue this thread Mar, or perhaps start a new one for the two of them set directly after this one…. I notice these two haven’t had a one on one thread yet :P

The dog made a horrid noise at Valette’s attack, and Siarut was surprised by the ferocity of his in-law. Not that he disagreed, it was just an unusual juxtaposition from the normally caring and loving woman he had grown to know. While he had held great esteem for the woman and the place she held in his mate’s heart, his respect grew tenfold at the turn of events.

With strength that Siarut didn’t think the creature still possessed, it pulled away from them one last time. Covered in blood and gore, thoroughly beaten. Olive green eyes watched her movements closely, watching her speed back the way she had come.

Ah sorry late to this! But I'd love a new thread, not sure if it would make sense if they would leave?

Valette hated that the female got free from their grip but it seemed that when she did that her whole leg came off and that she had been damaged in her sight as well. When the female crossed the border Valette stopped chasing and stopped with a dark glare. "Hopefully she will die slowly of her injuries," she told Siarut but kept her eyes to the dot vanishing in the distance.

She dipped her head to him. "Thank you for protecting Easthollow," she then spoke. She wasn't sure if he wanted to leave right away, but it seemed a chat was in order. She was curious about the male that managed to capture her sister's heart. It was a difficult task at that.
