All Welcome
Connor peered into the pack's namesake & watched the fish beneath its surface dart around. Fish were baffling creatures. Seeing as they lacked fur and feathers, how did they not freeze in the winter? Well, they were here now, & he would take advantage of that (or try to, anyway). Stepping into the frigid shallows, Connor stood perfectly still & waited for a fish to swim by before pouncing snout-first, but all he caught when his jaws snapped shut was water.

Pulling back, he shook his fur out, which now stood on end to try & regain some semblance of warmth. He was reluctant to try again.

She was lonely, frustrated, and anxious. One the one hand, she was relieved that her unpleasant foolishness with Aiolos had no lingering consequences, nor the agressive males she encountered before- or was it after? Her heat, lonliness, and exhaustion had left her in a daze. Still she found herself looking longingly at the successful females planning dens. Perhaps she could get practice, serve as a pup watcher this year? There was an entire year worth of potential ahead of her, if she could stop being immature and needy long enough.
She made her way to the stream, hoping a small hunt could make up for the screwups she had made a few days ago. or at least the Icy water would clear her head.
Picking her way through the rocks, she gave a yip of greeting at the young male she had hunted with, Connor, she believed his name was. Her greeting was quickly replaced by a giggle as he plunged clumbsily into the water, returning soaking wet and void of fish.
"I could teach you, if you want?"
