She had hunted with Arcturus, but she did not battle. She wondered how he was, and by rumors, the Beta was quite a skillfull one. However.. When one askes for a challenge, it tends to be one over a battle of ranks. She didn't wish to fight for his title, but only to learn from him.

Desdemona was settled where she was- and while she did hold ambitions, there was no longer a pride to moving toward that. She had spent so much time time trying, and didn't feel like she was worth the try anymore. She felt that with her blood, even though Moonspear was accepting so far, she wasn't worthy.

So, proving her worth in what was best; being a guard.

So.. How was she to ask the Beta.
