It was night, with the moon high in the sky, and the rain drizzling lighter then usual. She wondered what had been happening, as of late. It seemed like the wilds were in a constant storm, and it gave difficulty to navigate. As she had gotten lost for a few days, Miriam noticed no matter where she had went, the rain followed. It was a worry, really. Would the streams overflow?

She felt useless. There was no one to help the lurking horror of the storm, but she felt useless on everything. She couldn't find her way back, even with help, Miriam struggled to know exactly where Neverwinter could be. Just by a few nearby areas, the helpful blackthorn knew where she was to be. Then there was the monster her daughter had faced, whom she could never find. Even if she happened to find, what could be?

The wisp was no fighter. She didn't have the heart to, it wasn't how she was raised.

"An it harm none, do what thou wilt.
An it harm none, do as thou wilt
Than it harm none, do as thou wilt
Do as you will, as long as harm none"

The maidens believed to not harm heart and body, while the Horned Warriors believed it meant simply of the heart. She hated the thought of that monster roaming, but detested even more the thought to fight so. He was so tainted by darkness, there was no help. All she could do, was let Mal and the stranger do what they could..

She could hunt, but not well. Enough to survive, and perhaps provide for her daughter and son. She knew of Gods, her Gods, but nothing else. Miriam can pray all day, but nothing would change on how she is. The thought to help others, was just a fleeting dream. Her advice was met with strong denial, and she felt uselessness.

She remembered the Priestess and her voice of preach, to the Goddess's signs. How she could read them all.. However, that wasn't all. She had the touch, to heal them all. With her knowledge in medicines, she helped what no wolf could do. However that too, Miriam was deadlocked on, as she had known nothing about herbs.

Her life contemplated, a wolf of lavenders, stood upon the boulder, letting the rain drizzle her pelt as she stared at the moon.
