@Derg first please <3 Set after this thread Keeping things vague! Other Saints welcome to barge in if they want :'D

Arlette had been around the borders ever since Kynareth had allowed her to say here and wait for Derg. She was not left to her own devices though. The two females had been kind to her and even made sure she had a meal to digest. Apparently Dove was their medic and she had been keen on exchanging some information.

She was clueless that the canyon wolves were about to move. She realized now, that she still didn't know the pack name of the canyon wolves. She ought to ask so she could stop referring to them as the canyon wolves. Her excitement to see Derg grew the longer she had to wait.

Vauge, but I have already planned for him to have a wound down his right shoulder to the middle of his ribs from Astara
He dragged himself home.
Hobbling, hacking, grunting.
The pain lanced through his body.
Fuckin' bitch.

He clawed his way up the mountain, fighting for every step. He should have told Kynareth. He would have followed.
At last, the dawn light bathed the canyon in a soft orange-purple haze.
He could finish this. Lik Nyra did.

He licked the stale blood from his pale lips. He could feel the clotted blood matting his fur down his leg and underbelly. He pushed forth to Warriors Heart. He needed Dove.

Arlette lifted her head when she heard something approach. It didn't sound like a wolf. The pale female sat up and sniffed the air. She smelled blood. Her mind traveled back to the time when her whole day was stained with blood. She shook her head, trying to get the image out of her mind. Her eyes then recognized the shape coming closer. Derg! No! Why did everyone she liked get injured!

"Derg!," Arlette called out and rushed towards him. She whined softly. "What happened?," she asked as soon as she was close enough. Arlette instantly started to lick the wound on his shoulder clean, since it seemed the deepest. He probably hadn't even expected her here but she didn't care. He needed help first. She howled for @Dove, knowing that her howl probably would rouse others as well. Her howl to the other pale female sounded like an emergency so hopefully she would bring some herbs right away.

Kynareth went on his merry way after he left that young woman in the other two females hands. Truly, he didnt want to tangle with her anymore in the moment. Too much room for him to do some shit Derg wouldn’t approve of. Plus, she’s Derg’s little friend after all, not his. If anything he will respect that only because of his existing feelings towards the man and the respect he carries in his breast. Derg has fought valiantly at his side and has proven worthy of such respect, so he will grant it to him.

Though, he didn’t expect the day to go on like this, but truly what was he expecting it to go like? This is always how things end up. So, at the sound of a distressed, distinctly feminine howl, he is whipping his head in the direction of the sound. Oh no, that can’t be good. He thinks absentmindedly, already on his way.

When he gets there his nose is overcome with the stink of Ursus and blood — an all too familiar smell. Instantly his face has a grim expression as he approaches. All he can say is “What the fuck happened?” In a too casual, yet obviously pissed off tone. Not pissed off at either of the two, but at Ursus more so.

That voice.
His head jerked up and he stopped, watching his total crush friend run to him. She was here! She came back.
His heart melted for her.
His legs gave way as he sunk to the floor, just wanting to sleep now.
Oh, he was so tired.

His tail gave a few half-hearted wags.
"You came back," he looked up to Arlette. That's why she didn't come from Easthollow.
Her touch was sweet but burning at the same time. It soothed his reeling mind. Grounded him.
He tried to push himself up again. Tried, but his tired bones wouldn't hold him. He kept himself half-up, legs quaking with the effort.

Kynareth.
His eyes tilted to the golden hues held by the Grandmaster.
"Ursus."
It explained itself really.
"I was looking for Arlette," his eyes tilted back to the maidens.
What would she think of this?

Arlette winced when the other sank through his legs. She stayed with him, couching low. Her tail was wagging though, wagging with hope. She licked his face. Of course she came back for him! She had promised after all. "Stay down," she urged softly, only then realized why Derg tried to hoist himself up. Kynareth. Arlette lowered herself submissively to the leader, but also because she was a bit flustered because he probably saw her affectionate licks on the Derg's face. She only recently had convinced him that Derg and her were just friends.

She frowned. What? For her. The look on her face was clear confusion. "What?," she let out, not really expecting an answer. Ursus were Easthollow's neighbors they had problems with them in the past, she knew this from Oryx and other pack members. Oryx had been attacked before by them. But why would they attack Derg? But he had gone there for her? b]"For--- me?,"[/b] she let out. She didn't know why. She looked from Derg to Kynareth. Because of her his Co-leader was injured. Shit. Would Kynareth be mad at her? She had to fix this.

"I'm-- I'm a healer. I can try and fix him," she spoke to Kynareth, not sure if she could convince him. They also had Dove who was a healer and probably had a medical stash. She didn't have anything with her. She felt so helpless in this moment, she hated it. "Why did Ursus attack you? I know Easthollow had trouble with them, but you are not part of Easthollow, why would they attack you?," she wondered while stepping closer to Derg. She winced when seeing the wounds. "I'm so sorry," she whispered to Derg. Why did everyone she liked get injured or died? It was like she was cursed. Maybe it was better if she stayed away from him.

She had looked ruby eyes girl, the one of many scars. The ivory beauty was a healer just like her, well, maybe not just like her. This one still had innocence, this one still did not embrace the darkness that liked to hide within everyone's heart. A howl came, breaking her mindless wandering, her darkening thoughts. Ah, there she was. The sound if it made her gather a skull that wonce belonged to a doe and place herbal remedies that she might need.

Thos caused her to be later than she wanted but as she closed in on the location she saw there were three actors already in this play. The scarred one, the kitten, and the albino. Now it was time for the preistess to arrive, her role already in the script. Her ears perked at how the albino informed the kitten that she waa a healer as well, as long as she did not try to take what the Dove had planned she would be welcome.

She did not make a sound as she came aon the scene, the only way to know she was there was scent and the feeling of her fur against the man of many stripes. Without speaking she placed the skull filled with medical supplies down and moved up to look over Derg.

"Oh darlin', we have to stop meeting like this." Her voice soft and gentle, her eyes showed sympathy as she examined him.

First of all, Donovan connects the part where Derg inexplicably excused himself from their pack meeting the other night. To go see this pale, ghostly woman from Easthollow? Really? He got attacked for that? So upon this realization he looks between the two, emotions well hidden behind his neutral expression. Though as Arlette begins her light panic, Kynareth sets eyes upon her and raises his brows with a small frown.

“Then fix him.” He practically snaps at her. Short and deep, it leaves no room to give her an option. Then he moves closer, not forgetting the tender licks she gave Derg when she assumed Donovan’s always prying eyes weren’t watching. “Why did Ursus attack him? We pissed ‘em off and throttled their little, disrespectful ass kid.” He sings, but in a grim tone. He looks to Derg then. “But he chose to go see you without any company or protection” A short pause. “and therefore both of you are to blame for his injuries.”

The Grandmaster shakes his head turning to take a step back from them, his curly tail bobbing on his hips as he paces away. He needs to get away before he throttles them both. He’s concerned for Derg but pissed off at the same time. Hell, if Derg wanted pussy that badly Kynareth would’ve been more than happy to escort him there to help him get it. But Donovan is sure it not to that point yet, for it seems the two are only infatuated with each other by what he can tell.

Though when he turns, Kynareth is surprised to see the Priestess pad past him and his golden orbs rake over her form as she goes to inspect the Overseer.  First her soft face and the feathers weaved into her fur, then her thick, dense coat, all the way down her back to admire her own curled appendage. The brindled male continues to face the opposite direction of them all, but cranes his head around to watch the interaction. Finding it best to stay silent for a while.

He wanted to snap at Kynareth.
Spit at his paws and tell him to fuck off. For talking to Arlette that way and disrespecting him.
He didn't need chastising.
He opened his mouth, ready to push himself up again to snarl in that man's face.

But there was Arlette.
I'm so sorry.
He let Kynareth turn away. No, he wouldn't be right to start a fight with the man. He was pissed at Ursus more than anything. Besides, if he felt that strongly how can he say that when he wandered alone on his ventures. And let other pack members do the same.
Why should the Overseer be any different?
"Don't be sorry," he smiled softly to her. Her eyes full of worry and concern. It wasn't her fault in the slightest. He should have realised that she was going going. Leaving Easthollow for what seemed like good.

Dove's soft voice raked fingers through his fur.
He didn't even know she was there.
"Then surely we'd never meet," he smirked.
Not flirting, but what would Arlette think? In truth, that thought didn't cross Derg's mind. Only his authors.
"That nightshade, so called blackbird, did this," he mused, shifting his weight so Dove and Arlette could assess him better. "Do I need to move somewhere else?" Still, he lay a few feet from the Heart.

Arlette watched as Dove came, she was relieved. She brought something with her. Good. Plus she could assist her in whatever she needed, perhaps even learn. She wanted to great the female when Kynareth snapped at her. The female lowered herself submissively, her ears falling back. She shifted closer to Derg and focussed on his wound. She started to lick it clean further. She glanced at Derg when he said that she shouldn't be sorry. But she was, she was sorry. She didn't want Derg to get in trouble, at least it was not her family that did this to him but Ursus.

Arlette eyed at Dove. She seemed as flirty as their leader was. Derg seemed to respond to it, and it made her a little insecure. He did gave her one of those handsome smiles. Arlette grew quieter. Unsure. Maybe it was silly of her to think that the male was actually interested in her when he could have a pretty female like Dove. "This wound is large," she commented to Dove. "What would your approach be?" She doubted that there was any moss around here. Arlette looked at Dove for that question. Doubt was definitely clear on her face, and not daring to look at Kynareth who blamed her for Derg's wounds.
