All Welcome
Whenever you have the time. <3 ^^

Arsenio had brought back food for Tamar and had left it where it would not rot in the sun. When he had entered their den, it looked as though the children were having a fine time in the remaining summer days. Warmth streamed through the opening and illuminated each of his baby’s faces. The man smiled upon them and bent to kiss each of their heads.

The Greek man had spent some time with his little songstress Zosime and had seen the determination with which his son began to prowl, but he had not spent as much time as he would have liked with young @Zulema. Gripping her scruff in his teeth, he lifted her up and out of the den before he settled into the warmth of the sun and placed her between his paws.

Hello, my sweet young girl, he rumbled to her warmly, kissing her face.

sorry for the late reply <3

Zulema was lifted from her siblings sides, a small whimper in response. The world she'd known inside of her of families den was only a little part of the beautiful world she had yet to see. Her father was the first to show her that. The sunlight that filtered through the beautifully colored leaves was still fuzzy in her sight, but still just as fascinating to her. She stared up in wonder until she had began to giggle at her fathers kisses. Zulema's face was wrinkled with a grin as she stared at the red wolf.

This place, her mother and father, her siblings, it was all warm. Everything seemed to shades of flames, and it was stunning. Zulema enjoyed her tranquil days of a full stomach, nestled beside her siblings and mother. She was overjoyed when her father would step into the den as well. She loved them all the same, and they all were beautiful to her.

The laugh from his daughter made him grin. He could not help but to look at her small paws, the way her nose sniffed at the air, the small point of her ears. All the details that he could find, he captured and buried in his mind. Of course, Arsenio did not realize that he was nothing more than a reddish fuzz to his daughter.

A small puff of air blew from his nose and down toward her. Arsenio touched the cold of it to her head with a small smile. He knew that Zosime was a small singer, but he wondered what special skills Zulema was hiding behind her precious face. He hummed softly in the back of his throat, making a song that only she would hear.

Oh, no! Don't be sorry. <3 I never mind. >w<

Zulema's giggles slowed as he blew a breath of air at her, a grin still plastered across her face. Her newly standing ears perked the sound of his voice. Zulema attempted to hum with him, but it was mainly excited squeals. Her mother and father's songs added even more joy to her days.

As he sang, she looked back up. Zulema's eyes were glued to the treetops, everything was perfect. Regardless if her line of sight was clear, or far yet, she still glanced all around her. A simple bug crawling by immediately caught her attention. Her little tail stirred the foliage under her and her short legs stumbled after the insect with whines. Zulema tried to capture the bug but was unsuccessful, collapsing on her chin with a grunt.

❝Urrghh.❞ She growled as she staggered back to her feet, readying herself to continue pursuing the bug.

The father could only hold his daughter’s attention for so long. It seemed that the sight of a runaway bug had drawn her gaze. The redstone wolf watched as she moved to pursue it. Too quick, he thought when her large puppy paws tumbled over themselves. Arsenio’s gut pushed him to help her, but he did not allow himself to do it. She did not seem upset or injured. He could not baby her. She would be strong if she discovered the chin-scrapers on her own.

The bug had gained some distance on the young girl. Arsenio chuffed an encouraging sound to her, hoping that she might find her prize and land on top of it with her paws. It would be a shock, no doubt. She was still very young and her ability to stalk anything that didn’t move at a snail’s pace was not fully formed. That did not stop the father from cheering her on.

By the time Zulema was up on her feet and pursuing the creature again, it had fled the clearing. Zulema had still found herself peering into the bush, wondering if she could fit and follow it. She tried, but was unsuccessful at scrambling underneath and she pulled away, exaggeratedly sighing. Her newly standing, wobbly ears turned back towards her father as she frowned. She confirmed to herself she would become a master at capturing those bugs, in no time.

Zulema returned to her russet father with pieces of the bush in her coat, dust and twigs everywhere. Ignoring her newly messy coat, her next target was Arsenio's tail. It was a much easier target in her mind. The tan girl bowed backwards as her tail wagged above her, readying herself to pounce on the auburn tail. By the end of her small leap she had tumbled, but successfully had her prize in her mouth with tiny mock growls.

let me know if you mind her antics, i can edit lol ^^

Nope, I adore her! ^^ <3

The bug had escaped with its life. When Zulema returned to him, her pelt was dappled with twigs and leaves and dirt. The man smiled warmly at her. The girl was not faltered by any of it. In fact, she had found a new target that had drawn her back toward him.

A leap and tackle. She had scooped his tail into her mouth and nibbled on it. Arsenio was no fool. He knew when he had been bested. The man rolled to his back, attempting to swish his tail from side to side in hopes of dislodging it from her grasp and sparking a game of catch. She was small enough that it would only be a small challenge, he was sure. It might even help her gain her strength on her legs.

Zulema was shocked as her opponent in her mind- rather than her father's tail, had fought back. Her tiny snarls filled the air, as her own tail was still wagging when rolled back to her feet. Getting on her back on feet won her a better grip on his fur, as good as it could get with puppy teeth that is, which unfortunately wasn't enough as she chased after it when it escaped her grasp.

Her wrestle with the wriggling appendage grew tiring, missing her few attempts at pouncing on it once more. One of them had finally succeeded, wrapping her paws around it in suit of her tiny jaws. Victory registered in her mind, her failure at catching the bug quickly forgotten as she had found her new chew toy.

The girl was a warrior.

It did not matter how he waved his tail, Zulema was swift to chase and fight. Arsenio wiggled back and forth so that he might watch her, mesmerized at the quickness she had learned. His daughter was determined to win this battle. The man realized that he would have likely lopped off his tail, if it meant that he might give her the first taste of victory.

Instead, he mimicked the actions of a real hunt. The man’s tail did not keep its rambunctious movements. It slowed after her teeth had scored it. One more bite and she would have killed her prey.

last from me, thanks for this thread <3

She had won. The small girl released her father's tail, continuing to stare at it as she slowly backed away. Zulema made sure she was ready to pounce yet again if it stirred once more, but it remained still. She looked back to her father for praise, excited yaps all she manage.

Her small legs carried her back around him, waiting for him to sit upright as she giggled. Patience was to much to ask of Zulema, even if it was a brief moment, so instead she leaned down looking for his gaze before rolling onto her back beside him. She wasn't able to control her random laughs as she looked at him. It was her father, but upside down. For some odd reason that was the funniest thing ever.
