Germanicus has tasked her to familiarize with those of Mereo. It wasn't a difficult task — but, given her history, socializing hasn't always been her strong-suit.
Warily, Alstroemeria trekked along a small path made by the recent showers. The damp ground felt pleasant against her dry pads. Recently she'd come across a fresh plant of aloe, but she feared the sticky substance to a nuisance as she traveled. Plastering sand and dirt to possibly cracked pads would be of no benefit.
Although she enjoyed some alone time, she knew better than to not heed the imperator's advice. So, along her way, she willed for some soldier or another to cross her path. She was not yet acquainted enough to seek them out. They would have to come to her.
