Profile of Napoleon: Details
Appearance
Tall, lithe, muscular. Three words to describe him, and the only three words that would make sense. He is, in all ways except for his frame, a classic Buffalo Wolf, the head, pelt, jaws, paws and anything else that isn't his immediate build everything like his subspecies as a whole. It's when we look at his bones and the way he is put together that suddenly he takes on an odd mixture of Mexican Wolf and Maned Wolf, forelegs thin and hind legs powerful, shoulders broad and chest deep, yet abdomen tight and pinched. The ribs show through his skin and fur, definitely, a sign of a loner, adolescent wolf struggling for food, and his health is, until he regains strength, often below sixty percent and sometimes below fifty. It's worrying, indeed.

But he is beautiful. His dark grey pelt swathes his frame, darker, almost black accents sweeping from his forehead and down the back of his neck and spine, claiming his tail in the night. Yes, for a Buffalo Wolf this is odd, but the underlying tones of tan and beige show through true to his subspecies after all. His eyes, his eyes too fit in with the brown that settles deep within the monochrome hairs that dominate his fur colouration, though on a far more piercing level. Melted dark chocolate, not a particularly threatening thought, but the black pupil that resides within, deep, brooding and almost mad, does suggest something darker claiming his heart, and it is enough to show his dominance, unnerve scavengers, prey and sometimes even other wolves attempting to threaten his youth while it lasts.
Personality
Sociopath. Shallow emotions, a belief that people are merely opportunities... No regard for anyone but them, gifted with the ability to craft realistic personas for themselves just to get what they want. Napoleon is a generally detached male, he is hard to get to, cold and reserved, an assassin carrying out his duties. He lives in the night, rarely leaving the shadows, and kills without a second thought, often feeling an irrational hatred for his victims that causes him to show no remorse after their murders. In a dog eat dog world, only the strongest survive, and Napoleon is determined to make sure he's in the ranks destined to live. Regardless of his situation, he will get out, it's the only thing that convinces him his life is meaningful.

The cold reservation he offers shows no insight into his true feelings, often they are never shown and it is impossible to deduce what he is feeling or thinking. This emotional detachment has led to logic overruling his heart, and it has given him an incredible intelligence he wields against all. Yes, brawn can be useful, but the speed and stamina he was gifted with mixed with his wits do come in handy, often helping him dodge injuries when large, lumbering beasts decided to attack. This intelligence is not limited to survival, however; he has a range of unusual facts kept tight under his belt, and as a lover of phobias and the mind, his ability to unnerve and record people's fears does seem to be one of his fortes.

Sociopath. A word mentioned at the start, and a perfect word to describe Napoleon. It is not a funny mentality to throw around, it's serious, and this male fits into the category with ease. His feelings are almost nonexistent, his love gone, and he holds no regard for those around him, watching with an icy disapproval, viewing them as victims, as opportunities, as lifeless, worthless vegetables waiting to be killed by him and the few that know what's wrong with the miserable world he's trapped in. Little unnerves him, even less truly scares him, and he regards gore with a raised eyebrow and a blank expression that screams "no". No, no, no, you've got it wrong, I'm not normal. It's his mindset, he can't escape, even if he sometimes views himself as... Useless, like the rest.

But he can have a weakness. The walls he builds around himself have one flaw. Whilst his main emotions, the few he occasionall experiences, are hatred, anger and bitterness, it can come to a point where some sort of pleasant feeling can be experienced towards another. If people work at him hard enough, this reserved, cold, disapproving, polite and highly intelligent male can become almost caring, and his loyalty has no limits. If broken, though his fragile trust is impossible to earn back, and he is no more than a shadow and those who betrayed him are once more lifeless vegetables, high on his hit list. It's only a matter of time, really, and whilst he "makes friends" (hah) with the expectation of being broken, when he is, he dies a little more inside.
