Born in captivity, this eagle was tormented from birth by the hands of humans. He learned the manipulation skills of humans and how to utilize them against his enemies. Once he was able to fly, he was forced into the wolves area being locked within forced to fight the wolves. Hailstorm managed to kill one of the wolves at the age of 1 and managed to escape the enclosed area as the humans were gathering to retrieve him to put him back into his small confinement. Luckily his wings were not clipped, and it was why he was bred to fight wolves in an enclosed environment. It weren't only wolves he learned how to battle, but humans, tigers, monkeys and other wild birds as well. He has been out in the wild since age of one; but he was badly injured where Ypres one day found him on her travels. Ypres saved him, and protected him from other wolves to prove that not all wolves were the same cold blooded killers he was raised into knowing. Ypres a year older than him, he looks at her like ''mama'' and sworn to be hers until death.
