It was only recently that he felt up to exploring, and he had wasted no time. Being sick and forced to remain mostly sedentary by his symptoms had been like torture. So now he made his way up the mountain, albeit a little slower than normal, but he didn't care; he was happy to be out and away from the awkwardness he felt around the group since his fight with Nirali. And it felt good to be doing something again. His muscles protested his climb some, and he knew they would be sore tomorrow, but he ignored it.
He was about half way up the mountain when he finally stopped, turning to look at the valley below. His chest moved as he panted, his breath coming out in white puffs around him. A small cough forced it's way out but was gone quickly after. The symptoms still lingered a little, but it was nothing compared to when the sickness was in full force. Where as before, he coughed all day, every day, now he only did so with exertion. He cleared his throat as his gaze scanned the white below that stretched out as far as he could see. He hadn't yet decided if he would continue up the mountain or make his way back down but for now, he was content to remain here and watch.

Amita isn’t having too bad of a day today, rather she’d say it’s going quite nice. She caught a rabbit, ate it. Went to Lake Rodney and had a few sips of that deliciously fresh mountain water. It made her teeth chatter when the freezing water hit her canines and slid down her throat.
She’s made her way up the river towards Nocturne Summit, the towering mountain looking brutal as usual. Though she’s nimble enough to traverse the the terrain with a decent amount of ease that could put some wolves to shame. The snow of course only makes it more of a challenge; she enjoys a good challenge especially when the possibility of falling to her death is presented. Gives the task a nice little edge and a good blood rush that makes her fur stand on end.
She treks up the mountain, going from ledge to ledge. The crystal white snowflakes fall lazily upon her raven pelt, sitting neatly atop her back and head. Her breath plumes into mist as her tongue hangs out to pant from over exertion.
She hasn’t taken a break in quite some time she notes. Shaking her coat of the blanket of snow collecting on her back she gazes out into the surrounding environment. “Absolutely beautiful.” She whispers to herself. Her golden eyes taking in the scenery; darting every which way.
Then out of the corner of her eye she spots something moving, she fixes her gaze upon the object. Squinting in an attempt to make out the shape, she decides it’s another animal. Fairly large in size. A bear? She wonders to herself. Then she notices the honey color of the animals pelt, sure she’s seen bears that color but only in the summer when the rays of sun lighten their coats. She tilts her head questionably, then a devious smile plays on her face; she’s bored she decides.
Aero has a knack for playing with things she’s usually not supposed to play with and–boy–does she never learn. Her small size has been known to be both advantageous and disadvantages. Though that combined with her quick and nimble feet she’s usually untouchable. So she begins on a straight path towards this new being. Her paws carry her across the mountains surface. Amita’s tongue sticks out to pant hot breath into the cold winter sky. Her black and grey coat contrasts starkly with the white snow around her, she’s also moving quite fast so she’s not going to be surprised if she alerts it. She can’t find it in her to really care all that much; she wants to play.
A smile is still riddling her face when she stops herself a good distance away and is finally able to see that it’s another wolf. A big wolf, male too by the smell of it. She stands on a mountain ledge, large ears pointed in his direction just watching to see what he’s doing. Her small form and fox like features always get her misconstrued with food, but hopefully (or perhaps not) he can tell the difference. But that’s not always fun.

The rustling of paws across the snow towards him most certainly alerted him to her presence. He whipped his head around, unsure what danger he would be facing up here all alone. But what he saw seemed less like a threat and more like someone who shared his inclination towards curiosity. He watched her approach, eyebrow lifting In amusement. When she finally came to a stop, he continued to stare for a few moments.
Eventually, he dipped his head slightly in greeting. Then he turned and continued to survey the land below. It was clear that he was extending her an invitation to join him if she wished or to keep moving if she didn't; either way, he would enjoy his time here.

Her black and grey coat is a start contrast with the white snow around them. She sees the other looking at her then just like that the massive wolf gives her a curt nod of his head in greetings and carries on his way.
That’s curious. She thinks, head tilting, large ears making her look much more fox like than is probably good for her. She takes the nod as an invitation and prances over the mounds of snow elegantly. She comes to a stop near the others right side. Amita gazes up to the other side eyeing him inquisitively.
She’s surprised at the calm demeanor. So she smiles her mischievous smile and lifts her full tail high in the sky confidently. “What brings you here?” She asks casually. “Doesn’t seem like you’re too savage of a beast to not attack me instantly.” She comments, referencing the last few encounters she’s had.
