Part 1 of journey! :D
Today, Lunae pushed herself even farther from the pack. It wasn't the best place for her, hell, it wasn't even okay. Something told her that this wasn't right, she had to go. She paced in the wide space, thinking hard about her situation. Her black coat stood out against the area like a drop of shadows in the light. Her fur had changed, not much, but it had gotten darker and darker. Her eyes, also changed, the left one becoming a very bright blue and the right, a stormy grey. Though, altogether, she hadn't gotten much bigger, she was about the size of a half-year old.
Muttering angrily, she had gotten herself mad. She finally gave up, laying down, resting her head on her paws. Thats it. I'm leaving, she thought, her eyes closed.
Kishar, on the other hand, was a wolf of normal height and weight - and presently he was hungry. This did not bode well for baby-sized Lunae, who had stopped to rest without thought for her safety - a succulent, pint-sized sacrifice for the taking. So kind! So generous!
Kishar burst forth from nearby foliage like an alien out of guts, screaming bloody murder as he ran at the lonely little wolf on the ground.

Lunae rn:
A small scream escaped her mouth as she sprung up. She looked around wildly and saw this wolf-like creature coming towards her. The tiny wolf darted to the side, hoping he wasn't after her. Still very shaken up, she stumbled her way into a sprint.
"What do you want?!", she shouted towards the larger wolf, her voice panicky. She gasped for breath, as her body wasn't ready for full on running. The shadowy wolf faltered and slowed down, before pushing her self back on completely. She could painfully feel her heart pushing against her ribs. Her attempts for breath were very audible now, it was very clear that she was going to collapse soon. She was starting to get dizzy, but not getting attacked by this crazy wolf was top priority.

Lunae ran - much to her persuer's delight. He made a high, screeching kee-kee-kee! sound as he thundered across the frozen ground - a mad-man's laugh by any definition. "NOM NOM NOMS," he yelled by way of reply, curving left and upping the pace with a hoarse grunt. It was his intention to encircle Lunae, using her travel-weary state to his advantage. All the while, Kishar spouted some hybrid of nonsense and a threat. "Sh-sh-sh-tap skittering now, don't want you tough, gotta s-s-s-s-sloooooow cook you HAHAHA ON THE WILDFIRES!"
There wasn't much to Meadowlark Prairie; places to hide were few and far between and it seemed uninhabited - no hope of a pack taking pity. A quick survey would tell the little wolf that she had very few options - try her luck in the nearest forest, or lead Kishar over treacherous ground and pray for a misstep.

Some options for Lunae's escape - use if you like! :)
1 — Trick Kishar into running over gopher tunnels and hope he hurts his leg
2 — Run for the nearest thicket of bramble and crawl under it; hope that Kishar is too big to follow
3 — Run for the nearest forest

Lunae just screamed, then she went back to panting. This was bad, very bad. She had to get away from this mad wolf, and outrunning was defiantly not an option. Instead, she scanned the ground for anything that she could hide in. A dense, large thicket was close. She would use her size to her advantage and go under it.
She dashed left then to the right, where the thicket was, in hopes to confuse him. She ducked and entered the thicket. Crawling all the way to the middle, Lunae curled into a ball. She shivered with fear, her coat blending with the thicket.
"Please don't hurt me," she whimpered.
