Inexperienced though he was, Floki was inwardly aware of the instinctual rules of the wild -- and there was something unsettling about this wolf's behavior, coupled with the excessive marking he had done and the degree to which Amekaze's scent was mixed into his coat. He stood stiff-legged, ears pressed forward as he waited for a reaction from the subordinate.
