The looks she gave him did not worry him, for he was used to having wolves look upon him with worry and at times pitty. He wondered about the ruddy wolf briefly while he followed his sister's gaze towards the dried up blisters along his right leg. He could not do anything but hope that the wolf was doing good.

His mind wandered briefly towards his brother while he wondered if Damien would ever accept their love as a natural thing — yet it did not matter much, for regardless of his brother's fondness Cicero would always hold him dear. He would always watch over, and his affections would always be for Damien alone.

"Has Potema learned much in her journeys? Any knowledge of toxins she wishes to share?" He did not care as much for the healing herbs, though would not object if she were to teach him anything in that direction.
