The Sentinels Did I ask too much

"I wish I could help you," Osprey said after hearing the brief history of Lucani's illness and coming to the sad conclusion that nothing of what she knew was of use for the lady. She was reminded, however, of her mother's and father's last days, each one of them wasting away with every passing day, while the family could do nothing but watch their demise. 

"I hope that you get better though," she then added. "When I need to keep my mind off sad things, I tell myself a story. I don't say that this will help you feel either better or worsre, but it could do as a pleasant distraction at least."
