He looked down into the water, where the fish were still swimming about frantically, disturbed by her sudden movement. Then he looked back up at the wolf, orange eyes into blue. "If it makes you feel a little bit better, I hear fish have short memories," he said with a sheepish smile. "They'll be back in no time."
