When she'd approached, the male had lowered himself, successfully pleasing her by displaying how he understand that she was above him. To make matters better, he'd even replied somewhat quickly, seeming to bother not with wasting her time. Yet, he was not the one to be addressed first. Rather, she'd directed her attention towards Sadie, assessing her posture before smirking in response to her words. While she'd been so kind as to whisper, the serpent was, and did, not. "I'm sure he'd make a nice meal," the woman noted. "But I think I'd rather see if he could provide more for us alive than he can dead." Amused was she, yes, but never did any laughter leave her maw. Her attention turned back to the male, then, her expression leaving little room to assume what it was that she thought about.

"Well, now that you've met me, what do you think? You wanna try and join us, maybe be of some use to someone? Or are you going to be our next meal?" Sen fired off a round of questions, her gaze never leaving him. She knew not if she even wanted him there just yet, uncertain if he'd truly be of use to them. It depended, perhaps, on how he might respond to her. Though, really, even that was not for certain.
