From the corner of his eye (ATTN: Yildun)

ATTN: Yildun—but anyone's welcome!!

She had been entertaining the thought of becoming a Windwalker—that was, up until Ariston had stepped down. Now, Koontz felt she must stick close to the pack lands, to be there for her pack mates and to keep an eye on everything. At least for now, her days of wandering and recruiting were over. She would leave that up to Curran and Two Face and consider taking on a duty which she could perform closer to home, such as Leviathorgan or maybe Dreamserpent...

She walked the borders as she contemplated, walking in the footprints of Ray and Verrine. She suddenly wanted to see her brother and speak to him. She paused, lifted her gray muzzle into the air and barked his name: "Ray!" He responded almost immediately and they exchanged a few yips, deciding to meet in the middle of the plateau. Koontz raced there, eager to catch up with her sibling and simply spend some quality time with him. Perhaps she would also bounce her ideas off him.

When they parted ways nearly two hours later, Koontz did feel better than before. Knowing her brother had her back, no matter what, certainly did wonders for her morale. And Ray had made it known that he thought she'd make a great Dreamserpent, because she was so thoughtful and intelligent. The young Alpha female turned it over in her mind, which made her think of Yildun in turn. Although she saw all her pack mates in passing, she still hadn't sought out the blind white wolf for a sit-down conversation. She truly wanted to sit down with him, get to know him and bring up her idea about fashioning him into a Dreamserpent, if he was interested.

Deciding there was no time like the present, Koontz sucked in a deep breath, scented the air, then began to plod through the forest in search of her recently-promoted Theta.
