The afternoon sunlight sparkled atop the swirling surface of the river, reflecting off the silver bullets like light off a mirror. With his honeyed gaze alive with interest, the agouti boy ceased his investigation, standing perfectly still amidst the currents as he observed their movements. Since his last paw slam, they had grouped together again, forming a tight shoal as they flitted around the yearlings limbs, occasionally knocking their tiny heads against his ivory fur as they did so.

His quizzical look morphed into a hunters glare as his polls fixated on a glittering indevisual swimming along the outskirts of the school. He watched in silence as it darted here and there, hovering at almost a standstill as it moved against the gentle flow. They were certainly alive; perhaps they could pass as a meal. With a swish of his tail, Shink plunged his muzzle into the water, closing it with a snap before recoiling, sopping wet and dripping. To his annoyance, his jaws held nothing but empty air. Tassel lashing in annoyance, he decided to try again, his maw agape as he lunged beneath the waves, this time making contact with a slippery being as he locked it shut and retreated back to the bank. He relished it's cool taste as it slid down his gullet and he fished another one out, this time succeeding in capturing a slightly large imbodiment.

A shrill yip caught his attention and he turned, the fish still clasped in his jaws as his focus came to reside upon the chocolate form of the youngster. With his tail waving in a friendly manner, he trotted towards the pup, offering him the fish as he deposited it a few feet away from the other. "Greetings, Pyro," he voiced as he gave his pelt a quick shake, an amused smile beginning to spread across his muzzle as he noted his concerned expression. "It's alright," he added, "You can eat this if you're hungry." He reclined down onto his stomach, nosing his catch towards the youngster as he did so.
