Twas not the Leviathan that responded to her call, but it was a brother -- a littermate, in fact -- that Ishild found herself greeting with one side of her maw upturned in a grin and a wave of her tail. She'd never been particularly close with any wolf, family or not, but she had a fondness for those she grew up directly with.
Except, the salt-colored man that approached her didn't quite give off the same vibes as the Szymon the black-masked fae once knew: this one was one of confidence, of power, and happiness -- he was striving here, as was proved by the disctinct lack of a stutter and the way his sharp eyes fell on the Cairn like molten gold.
"Been trailing Kesnia for Skellige, but haven't found her -- If he'll have me, I'd strengthen your ranks."
By the scents coming off of her brothers pelt, there were many more than the last time she'd been here, but more curious, almost all of them were different. Despite the fluxuating ranks, her siblings seemed to be doing good, and instinctually Ishi wanted to be a part of it -- as big of a part of it as she possibly could, too -- but was wise enough not to mention or even show such an ambition. Such things could worry her siblings of being overthrown, and while in her mind she ruled beside the other Cairn's, the thought of having sole claim did please the ashen girl.
