He does not know why, but he does his duty as Rauna, trotting ahead, his head shifting from the air to the ground, searching, sniffing. He keeps looking back, both to see the pack's movements, and to check on Heda. He worries for her, after such a brief amount of time between He keeps alert as the group stops behind him, his robin's eyes searching for movement in the distance. 

Hush watches, then he chuffs, turning to the group, barking. There! the women ahead. He wheels back to the group, going back behind Heda, watching the proceedings.
