He was no medical expert by any means, and hadn't come into contact with any animals with the disease in the past, but there had been that weird wolf-like creature a few years ago. There had been more wrong with it than just illness; just thinking about it was enough to make Elwood shudder. Either way, he didn't want to take any chances, whether it was rabies or not.

Glaring down at the corpse, he nodded as he said, "Yeah, let's go find her now." He began to lead the way back into the caldera's territory. He didn't necessarily like the idea of leaving the body on the borders, but knew that it would likely be taken care of by scavengers.
