The sudden jerk of his head caused by his sneeze was perhaps enough to startle them both -- or at least the Ollivander, who with wide eyes and an 'oh shit' escaping through his pursed lips held his head still.
Hopefully the wild bucking of his head had been more amusing for her than it would have perhaps seemed to the careful eyes of his father.. given that he hadn't missed his daughter's rodeo show.
